Very prompt and dedicated at following through with the job to determine causality with function of elevator as it had been retrofitted recently during upgrades to building. Made adjustments necessary to allow better function for residents in multidemensional requirements for wheelchair access.

They have been here now over a week trying to fix our elevator and still doesn’t work. It’s getting frustrating and we have elderly people That can’t manage the stairs and have been stuck at home for a week and a half !

I had to call on behalf of my company and I have never had a less professional employee answer the phone. Absolutely no help and the gentleman who was representing the company did a terrible and unprofessional job. He was antagonizing at best and I actually had to ask if I had personally offended him. I am going to ask my company to deal with another company that has some semblance of professionalism.
