I had my family with me to change our phone plans and was very happy with the service we got. The gentleman was helpful and patient with us and answered any questions we had.

Not specifically the Stone Rd location but Koodo customer service is the absolute worst phone company you can possibly deal with. Put you on hold for a hour, they go back and fourth with telling you to go in person, then when you go in person they tell you to call customer service because they can’t fix a simple issue. Customer service will schedule a call with you and proceed to not even call you at the day they scheduled appointment. They charge extra money just to switch phone providers, if you didn’t have such terrible customer service I wouldn’t have to switch providers! Insane.

Kate at the Kiosk in the Stone Road Mall is a phenomenal associate. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She kindly helped me with an issue with my screen protector for my Galaxy S7. I HIGHLY recommend her service.

Terrible customer service: they don't accept phone calls for help anymore. They want to do everything on the cheap and have you solve your own problems on line regardless of how much extra effort and time it costs you...as long as they don't have to pay for good service. What kind of phone company doesn't understand the value of a phone call!?!!

Unfortunately I can't just review the company as a whole and have to pick a location. This is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced trying to add a line and phone the website goes in a loop customer service is useless oh we can't give you the deal because it's online but your online stores not working so how is that valid? Oh our managers don't take escalation calls. Excuse me? So your customer service is literally useless , your managers are useless. We were changing to koodo for a slightly better price but this aggravation is not worth it all. If your not going to heed this warning at least go into the store because the online and over the phone service is disgusting.

Anson and his colleague helped me set up my new iPhone which took well over an hour!! I can’t thank them enough for their knowledge, patience and kindness!

Just wanted to take the time to say thank you so much to Kate at the Stone Rd. location in Guelph. She was incredibly informed, efficient and compassionate towards me after having a couple of ridiculously difficult days. Judging by my experience with her, she's truly a sweet human and a wonderful employee!

I visited this location and after waiting 45 minutes to have a rep talk to me, I was told I could not, in-fact, exchange or refund a case I bought the day before. The reasons given: they didn't have any replacement cases they could find (although the computer said they did have some in stock), and if I wanted a refund, I'd get only $5 back of the $35 I spent on the case in the first place. I was told this was because I bought a bundled pack, and upon asking for store credit so I could return later and get a case when they did have stock, that it wasn't an option. I was advised to try to return the case later, as I have 15 days from purchase to do so.
