We used the company for a decade. We had a service call in Dec and it was way over priced. Decided to do a sweep before the prices increased again. They tried multiple upsells. Decided to do one. The tech told my husband the invert is cracked (has been since we moved in 10 yrs ago) and they in a yr or two we should get it replaced. We de died to wait. The tech wrote the report and stated the fireplace is not safe and should be replaced immediately. We called the office and they told us they couldn’t change a report. I feel manipulated and don’t know what to believe. The company is not the same it was before and all they care about is money and up selling. They lost our business and referrals after 10+ yrs. Shameful.

I was very disappointed with the experience that I had with this company. I paid $398 for cleaning and inspection of our fireplace, which wasn't a problem. However, I had a huge problem with the service tech telling me that the cracks in the firebox walls were too large to repair after he did the cleaning/inspection. I was told that the fireplace should have be used due to potential fire hazards. The tech indicated that two of the refractory panels needed to be replaced. We were quoted $1200 to replace the two panels. I asked the tech and a manager why they did the cleaning when the cracks were clearly visible. There was no real response to my question. I also asked if they would deduct a portion of the cleaning and apply it to the repair work - answer NO.After speaking with my husband we decided to have the two panels replaced. When I called to schedule the installation, I was told that I needed to pay half of the total up front before they would order the panels. I was so annoyed but agreed, assuming they were a small company and possibly affected by the pandemic.Before making the payment I was informed that the panels would be aftermarket panels due to the age of the fireplace. Okay, no problem; then I was told the panels would be white, and they would charge an additional $200 per panel to paint them black. Now this job would cost $1600. At that point I was completely frustrated, and decided this was not a good company to do business with.A few weeks later we found another company (Dr. Sweep) that replaced three walls and the bottom panel completely painted and installed for $1000. They did a wonderful job & no ridiculous up front payment. They were paid in full when the job was completed.

So far so good. Carter and Avery came out to assess our leaking chimney. They came out on time, explained the process, showed us video and pictures of problem areas and gave us their options to address them. I decided to book the job with them, so I'm looking forward to getting the repairs done. I'll update when the job is finished.

Excellent customer service. George and Maverick were very professional. George took the time to answer all my questions. Would strongly recommend.

Troy M did a really nice job servicing my fireplace. He was polite, efficient and explained everything that he did. He repaired a faulty module and the fireplace works fine now. He also made sure that he did not make a mess and was very thorough in leaving the living room clean. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service I received from Troy and Alpha & Omega.

We called them for our chimney chase cover replacement for dealing with a leakage. We also decided to avail their service to sweep our fireplace and they sent Troy, their expert technician, who did a marvelous job and our fireplace looks so beautiful now! He was sincere, polite, knowledgeable, extremely professional, respectful of the property and gave us tons of tips. We are looking forward to getting our chimney cap replaced soon. I'll update this review thereafter. So glad we found these guys!

Very disappointment! A few years ago we had replaced the cracked back panel in the firebox. We used the fireplace just two or three time for this years spending winters in Florida. The fireplace was completely closed. Yesterday I have open it and find the back panel felled apart and disintegrated (see the attached picture). It was made from some compressed dusty stuff. The side panels that are original, 30 years, are still fine. I was charged $200 for this piece of garbage that called brick panel". Just stay away from them!"

We needed a new liner for our wood fireplace chimney and the good folks at Alpha and Omega did a great job for us. The office staff was patient and professional, helping with the permit needed by the West Bloomfield Township and scheduling our service for us. The service men were efficient, timely and cleaned up after themselves. We are so very happy with our fireplace, the whole family loves sitting by the fire. Thank you Alpha & Omega. I would recommend them to friends and family, anyone who needs honest, good service at reasonable prices.

Their inspection was thorough and cleaning service was impressive. We will need to have the chase cover replaced and some of the wood trim replaced. Very professional and courteous service from George and Vince.
