Paula was wonderful to work with. Responsive, thorough, and had tons of great advice to share with me from her experience. I knew I could count on her through the entire process including a few of my own stressful moments. We hired Paula to be our day-of coordinator for our wedding. While we were planning an intimate wedding with just our immediate family, I knew that we would need some help on the day-of, and am so glad we found Paula to do just that!We connected virtually a few weeks before the wedding and I walked her through all of my plans. On the day of the wedding, she showed up with all of the info and got straight to work. While she had some feedback on my plans that involved some last minute changes, I ultimately agreed with all of her suggestions and am so happy we listened to her advice! I have worked with Paula on a few styled shoots, and she is one of the most organized and professional event planners I've ever worked with. She will make sure that you are taken care of, and that everyone has what they need to pull off a successful shoot. When things don't go as planned, she will always find a way to make things work! What I appreciate the most about Paula is her push towards action and protection of her clients. Paula helped us not only nail down timing early to ease my anxiety but called out situations where the venue had promised things and was trying to walk back. I appreciate her going to bat for us. She was helpful in organizing my swimming thoughts, keeping folks busy while we had a private ceremony, and doing great honour to my passed loved ones with my decor wishes. I am certainly a weird bride and I love that Paula let me be who I am. Paula is an exceptional Wedding and Event Planner to work with, not only because she is friendly, courteous, professional and kind, but because she is exceedingly good at what she does. I've had the pleasure of working alongside her as the photographer on two styled shoots and she was a dream to work with. She has clear vision and knows how to execute it. Her taste and style is classic and timeless but she's not afraid to play with the avantgarde and create something unique. When things don't go as planned, which can be often during a wedding, she is a vision of calm and always has plan B, C and D up her proverbial sleeve. She would be an asset on your wedding day. I highly recommend her!

Paula was amazing from start to finish (and every after the fact). She was a pleasure to work with. She knew exactly what I wanted for our wedding. When it came to the day of she and her assistant Laura were ROCKSTARS!!! I didn't feel stressed and she made the day run smoothly. Without her I don't know what we would have done. If you want your wedding to day to be flawless then you have to hire Paula and her team. They don't disappoint.

For a while, I was toying with the idea of hiring a day of planner for my wedding day because I had lots of decor items that needed to be set up. I originally found Memory Vine” on instagram & loved the aesthetic of the page and decided to reach out.I received a warm email from Paula, clearly indicating the best package that aligned with what I was looking for. The price was incredibly reasonable. From there, I had to reach out to Paula to inform her that we were postponing the wedding due to Covid-19 concerns. Paula quickly got back to me and was helpful, understanding, empathetic & apologetic that I was having to move my big day.The day, which seemed like forever, finally came when it was time to arrange our in person meeting. Paula got ahold of me with plenty of time to spare via email and indicated what I would need for our meeting.Let me tell you, it was not until I met this beautiful soul, that I had 100000% confidence my day would be exactly how I envisioned it. Paula was always incredibly professional & quick to answer emails, but it was not until I met her that I knew I picked the perfect person for this job. Our personalities were very alike & we clicked immediately. She is the most organized, detailed oriented individual, hilarious, motivated & creative person. I felt like we had been friends for years. The professionalism I experienced from Paula is unmatched, she gets what you need done in a way that is genuine & puts your needs at her highest level of importance.Fast forward to wedding day: it has been 3 weeks since my wedding and I am still on cloud 9. The wedding I had envisioned and dreamed about for almost 3 years was an absolute fairytale thanks to Paula & her sister Laura. Everything went smooth (& if it didn’t I didn’t know about it because she took care of it). I could truly write a novel on my love for Paula & her sister Laura. From organizing vendors, setting up the decor for my ceremony, placing my 100’s of candles everyone, moving & rearranging decor items after the ceremony- she’s a jack of all trades!I’m currently thinking up different events I can have, just so I can hire Paula again. What an absolute dream it was to of found & hired Paula for my big day. Paula at The Memory Vine was so wonderful to work with. I hired The Memory Vine for day of coordination services for my 300 person wedding. With all the work it took to plan my wedding, I wanted to ensure my visions were properly executed and Paula was the right person for the job. Not only did Paula ensure everything went smoothly on my big day, but she handled a crisis we experienced the morning of our wedding beautifully. Our limo unfortunately broke down within 5 minutes of the first pick up and our bridal party had to scramble finding alternatives. Paula was made aware of the issue and immediately contacted our vendor to coordinate an alternate limo to transport us for the rest of the day. She even worked with them to ensure we weren't charged for their services as well. Prior to the big day, Paula was extremely responsive and very helpful providing input and answering any questions I had. Anything I needed the day of, she was on top of. It was truly a relief hiring her for the day of our wedding.

Paula is the absolute best! She worked with us on our small backyard wedding in 2021 AND our larger reception in 2022. She was so helpful in keeping me on track throughout the whole planning process and the day of. She brought me such a sense of calm and I trusted her whole heartedly!
