Great experience. Sarah was very knowledgeable about our destination. She was honest but realistic about what to expect and we were not left feeling like we got oversold on vaccinations and precautions that many other travel clinics make you feel.

The experience was fabulous. The nurse I meet with, had done the research of what the health risks were in the countries that I will be staying in. She was so knowledgeable, and gave me lots of time to ask questions.We also talked about the infections that we thought we’re long gone. ie Polio is one of them!I would certainly recommend Passport Health Yorkville Travel Clinic.

Fantastic experience here. The nurse was very knowledgeable, courteous and made conversation with me while she prepared me for my vaccine. She took a lot of time to go through each recommended vaccine promptly, and she was prepared with a map and a list specific to the place I'm travelling to. The office was easy to find, and there are juices or candy in case you need after an injection. Thank you Mia Su!

I easily made my appointment online and was able to see someone at their clinic very soon after. I received a comprehensive package for concerns in the area I was travelling to, as well as specific recommendations for me personally (given my history). It was a very quick and efficient visit- I was in and out in about 15 minutes. It is also great that they can dispense some medication without having to go to the pharmacy. It would be nice however if there was an OHIP partnership for some of the vaccines that would otherwise be covered Provincially. Travel can get expensive enough as it is!

The place was very clean and welcoming. The nurse, however, did not introduce herself or explain her role and I had to ask her specifically after our conversations.Unfortunately the clinic up-charges for al of their vaccines quite a bit more than insurance companies will cover. I went in expecting everything to be fully covered by insurance and went out with $250 of fees I had to pay on my own because they charged so much extra for all their medications. No one was transparent about this in the beginning or else I could’ve made much more informed decisions about which shots I actually wanted to spend the extra money on.

I had upcoming travel to Brazil and as I live abroad no longer have a valid OHIP card. Passport Health was super comprehensive and helped me to understand everything I needed to get before I left on my trip. I got my all the shots and medicine I needed to have a safe and easy trip to the Amazon ! Thank you !

I had a really great experience at Passport Health. It was super informative, my nurse was LOVELY, and she was very delicate with giving me my vaccines which I appreciated, since I was getting 4 that day. Overall I would highly recommend going here before travelling. <3
