Awsome customer server very friendly

Frequent outages. A mix of old and new equipment that - according to them - doesn't talk well together. The guys that come out to help (shouldn't be required as often as it is) are OK to deal with. The guy in the shop is downright rude. I frequently have NO usable internet. I was asked to get in touch with them when that happened - they responded once. In the couple times I tried to contact them afterwards I couldn't get in touch with anyone. I finally drove to their office out of sheer frustration. This is a small mom & pop local operation and although I support shopping local - and expect to pay more for that - I also expect a higher degree of customer service and that is just not the case here.

I would like to rate their service, but after 5 requests, and promises that they were coming that day to see if I would get signal, I gave up and went with Telus. 40+ Mbps speeds and 500 GB/month for the same price. I couldn't be happier.

Great people

I love this company.... We live on an acerage outside of eckville. We were previously with cci wireless..and had multiple problems and such slow internet speeds. These guys came out and fixed our problems and our Internet has been SSSOOOOO much better. We have gone from taking 3 hours to download a half hour show to like 10 mins. These guys care and are always willing to help with whatever!!! Cci can sick it!!!!!
