I am responding to you.Not problem solving to suggest I repurchase same glasses for an additional $700. when lenses were defective first time and could not be repaired. You left out I do not live in TO and glasses were hardly used. After keeping glasses in the store for over a month it would have been a courtesy to mail them back to me.No worry about sending another self serving response pls.I will have glasses picked up. Kindly ensure they have not been further damaged at your store.First time I have ever reviewed a business.Extremely disappointed with my experience. I have purchased several pairs of expensive glasses at Spectacle over the years. Had an issue with a $700 pair -mirror lenses defective- and staff could not even extend courtesy of mailing back to me at their expense of $20. Real discrepancy in service between staff members.As per all over the place reviews.A serious business can resolve all problems. Silly to lose even one customer.

I wear glasses every day, all day long so comfort, fit and style are very important to me.Spectacle offers a wide variety of stylish frames that meet a wide range of budgets. The staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you leave with a pair of glasses that fit and look great.All three locations have super after purchase customer service. Whether you need an adjustment or a good cleaning they are there to help.I guess that's why Spectacle has been by go to eyewear shop for the last 10 years.I highly recommend you give them a visit the next time you need new prescription or sun glasses.

The staff at Queen street Spectacle went above and beyond to make my glasses comfortable. Winta, in particular, had great patience as I struggled with the weight of the glass and frames and how they sat on my ridge.They offered many solutions to each obstacle and made sure I was happy when I left the store.I recommend them as a great option for those with high standards and fussy fittings. They really care and also have the best selection of frames in the city.

Winta is an incredible glass surgeon. I brought a sentimental pair of my dads old oakleys in for repair. I was greeted so warmly by Brent, Erin and Cynthia who were the best company while my glasses were in surgery! The team was so incredible, and refitted my glasses perfectly, tightening up and fixing everything. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly! I wish I could give six stars!!!! THANK YOU!

The Spectacle team are amazing! My husband and I were there this past weekend and we both bought new eye glasses. The customer service was above and beyond. They nailed the perfect frames for each of us with the first ones they pulled off the shelves. Thank you Eric, Brent, Cynthia and the entire team who were so helpful and lovely to deal with!

This team knows how to impress with fantastic customer service. Winta took great care of my casual browsing session, with absolute calm, friendly and personal service. I made it clear I was not purchasing, but that didn't deter Winta from making a huge effort to listen to my preferences and show me some great options for the future. Sophia was amazing, I came all the way from Montreal because of the reputation with such a great service.Not only, did they take me in to fix my sunglasses, but without even hesitating they did it free of charge.Great people, great service and extremely professional. Great store and awesome staff! Super friendly and helped me with repair for a pair of glasses even though I didn’t buy from them. They have in store lab and selections looked great. Really liked the service I got.
