This is a great restaurant with average to better food. However, tonight I decided to try the three cheese tortellini as well as garlic bread and cheese. I would not order this again. The pasta was very dry and over cooked. The garlic bread was too mushy for my liking. But what makes the difference in a situation like this is that the server and manager were great and simply apologized and removed it from my bill. Excellent service

Stopped for a late lunch with a group of four, fish and chips were delicious, generous portions, shepherd's pie was also very tasty. Food was served hot and fast, and the service was really top notch, drink refills before we how to ask. Greater was very nice at the front door. Would definitely recommend it!

Edit to below:Emailed the person who responded and to no surprise no phone call or even email response back. Have to keep up appearances and seem to care when it comes to lower end reviews I guess. Better to not respond at all rather then leave false customer service. Curious is anyone has received a call or response when they said they would. I have reduced my review to 2 stars for this reason.Original review: Food was delicious, portion size very poor in comparison to the walker road location. I normally order the bbq brisket tacos. They were only half filled, an inch and a half on either side completely bare, with only about 2 or 3 French fried onions on each. The walker road location serves them full to the brim and right to the edges. I felt full at walker location eating just one taco and my fries. This location I ate my entire meal and was still hungry. We waited nearly 10 minutes with our menu before being offered a drink. Seemed to be short staffed which led us to feel a bit neglected. I waited for a refill of pop for quite a while. There is a bit of spice to the tacos so I went to the bar to ask for a refill. Our waitress seen me waiting there but was serving a large party in the other room. There was 2 other staff members sitting at a table across from the bar talking and rolling silverware. Finally after standing there for 5 minutes went to walk back to my table and one of the staff members sitting rolling silverware asked if she could help me. I definitely will stick with the walker road location as the service there is excellent and the portions are way bigger.

Celebrated a milestone birthday with the family. We were a large group and service was excellent! Our server was fantastic and the manager was so friendly. I'd highly recommend this place.

Jen was a wonderful server. Very patient, bubbly and positive. And Nadine was a great manager. Made us feel welcome and made my grandmother's birthday very special! There will be more visits to this Applebee's. You can take my word for it.

Had the bourbon grilled chicken and shrimp for my meal. It was pretty good and so were the other dishes we ordered. My favorite was the triple meltdown desert. Really delicious.

I was pleasantly surprised as this was a quick dinner at the first restaurant we could find that wasn't fast food.Food was tasty, service was prompt , and friendly.Only have 4 on the atmosphere as I find chains are a little lacking in the creative part.

Only reason it got 2 stars was because the waitress was niceThe blonde hostess Georgia or something had the WORST attitude I’ve ever seen. She was rude, attitude, eye rolling, seemed so displeased with her job.The family fajita portion is so small (less than 5oz) and there was barely any fixings.The kids pizza was cold and kids salad had barely any dressing.

The food was okay. My only problem at this location you have to wait a very long time for your food to come and the portions are very small. I ordered the beef tips with mashed potatoes medium rare. It was well done and could barely chew it. My son ordered the steak fajitas but again very small portions and he had to ask for more toppings . Also the restaurant is so dark you can hardly see the menus. I had a very hard time reading them .Waitress was nice .

The food was delicious but the service was was out of this world, if I could’ve left a bigger tip I would have. Our server was a very respectful and professional women. I hope the next time I dine in she’s my waitress again. Her name was Andrea. Me and my family will definitely be back!
