I always really enjoy working with Julie. She is a caring, energetic, fabulous fitness trainer. She creates programs that are user friendly, and she genuinely takes an interest in you and your needs, and she wants you to succeed. The April 30 Day challenge (Fit for Spring) is a TOTAL fitness and wellness challenge (exercise, meal plans, mental and physical well being, weekly check-ins, and more) that is really well thought out, and Julie personalized it to my needs. Julie is always super supportive. Even when I have not fully followed my plan, Julie encourages me to keep going and not give up. Any improvement with my overall health, is an improvement. I will happily work with Julie again.

I have had the pleasure of working with Julie a couple of times over the past. I, like a lot of women, have struggled with my weight and image and have tried several different trainers to get in shape. I can say with confidence that if you stick with Julies program you will get results. The last time I worked with her I lost 30 pounds which was great but I also had more energy, I felt strong, and just felt better all around.For me the big difference has been not only having a trainer who knows her stuff but also having someone in your court that genuinely cares about you and wants to see you succeed. At the end of the day it's up to me to make the changes but she is there to help me through the struggles and successes and pushes me to the next level.I started working with Julie again a couple of months ago and I am really enjoying it. She is giving me the tools to get back in the game after having a family and feel my best.Thanks Julie!!

I met Julie a number of years ago while I was attending a local fitness club. She's always been an energetic coach with her clients best interest at heart.Fast forward 4-5 years and I found myself in the thick of perimenopause and for the first time in my life struggling with my weight and having some loss of muscle tone. Being someone who is fairly athletic this was disconcerting to say the least. I joined one of Julie's accountability group in an effort to try to understand how I needed to change my eating habits and adjust my workout schedules as my marathon training was no longer what my changing body needed.Julie's helped educate me on how to take better care of my 'new body. I'm starting to feel like the old me getting energy back

Julie is the first coach/instructor I have had since menopause 8 yrs ago, whose program: makes practical sense, gets results, addresses the whole package, like how you are feeling, where are you in your cycle, what's going on in your head.....The meals plans are flexible and recipes good as the whole family eat most of them.I appreciate Julies guidance, and the feeling that I am finally moving in the right direction for my weight and overall health.

I tried Julie's nutrition program for 30 days. As someone who has tried anything and everything, frustrated as ever, I was sceptical but committed to give it an honest to goodness, whole hearted try. The first few days are easy peasy... as anything new, its exciting and momentum is high. I would say after the first week it became more of a challenge to create these new eating habits. I reached out to Julie and she was so understanding, honest and never judged. She was so willing to get get me through the hurdle, work with recipes and cravings, and very much encouraged me to stay the course. I've been so hard wired at this point that carbs are bad, fruit is too much sugar... chocolate is a no go, but she completely did a 180 on my misinformed mind about food. Not only did I lose 7 inches and 10lbs, (in 30 days) but I have an exciting new scope of healthy eating habits, that includes pasta.. (oh how I missed you).. fruit and YES, chocolate! At age 45, it is possible, and Julie can teach you how!
