Had a hose leaking coolant that I found 2 days before needing to go on a road trip. They took a look and the potential for a major repair existed depending on the pressure test. They fit my car in their busy schedule and luckily it was good news regarding the repair. They had the vehicle fixed and back to me that day. Honest and excellent customer service to help in my time of need. Highest recommendation!

Had to get a trailer in on a rush basis due to an upcoming camping trip. They were able to fit me in the next day; fix the wiring, and keep me updated throughout the whole process. The Service Rep and the Technician were exceptional to deal with and the price ended up coming in materially less than I expected. All around great experience.

I don't usually do reviews, but I thought it was a must after the good service I received from the Benchmark Automotive Repair crew....I drove 750 km just to get some work done on my show truck, and come to find out, being a perfectionist, I was not disappointed, these guys are like Service used to be , soo very happy I made the trip, Very good service and workmanship...thanks crew

These are the best guys ever, i did my out of province inspection and everything went well. The customer service is excellent, staff is so friendly. They gave me a ride back and forth to my home for free. I highly recommend them if you want excellent automotive services at an affordable rate.

Sincerely appreciated service. I showed up shortly before they closed with an electrical problem, as my trailer wiring was disconnected. They took on the job and even stayed late on a Friday to ensure it was correctly fixed, allowing me to safely tow my trailer for a weekend I really needed it. The advice, service and willingness to help was above and beyond. I would give 6-stars if I could! Thank you!
