Came to the store to check out phones and possibly get an upgrade. Had Nikolai help me and gave me an offer that was better than what my current service provider was able to provide. Ended up getting a new phone (iPhone 14) with a way better plan than what I had before (iPhone XS) for only a $10 increase from what I am currently paying. He was very friendly and good to talk with. I recommend you see him if you need help with anything. 10/10 customer service from him!

I came in to the store unsure about upgrading my phone but Jas made the whole process very easy. He is very knowledgeable of the products and services, and made sure I got the best deals. Jas made sure I didn’t have to worry about the whole transition process and made it very convenient for me. I even got a few other items at such good prices! Thanks for your help! I had an issue with some new headphones I received for Christmas. After trying to deal directly with Sony, Abdi (in Chinook mall) went above and beyond to help me get it sorted. Excellent customer service. This positive experience ensures I will be back and will recommend this store to others.

I was helped out by Wahid and Zee. Wahid was so professional and really helpful. He explained everything very carefully and was so so patient, answering all my questions. He was so kind and truly wanted to help me get the best deal on my phone and phone plan! I have never had such amazing service anywhere else! I arrived at this branch for a pickup (after purchasing something over the phone from The Source at The Core) and was informed by Jas to wait 10 minutes, so I did ... only to find out that I did *not* in fact needed to wait and could've just been handed the product that I had to pickup in the first place. My time was wasted because of poor staff training, in my opinion. Will definitely not be returning here in the future.
