Excellent service and advice from the pharmacist. Also very helpful and cooperative when needed. Only wish their hours included weekends.

Great place. Visited it in May 11, 2022 in the morning. The stuff is very very professional. This pharmacy is 1000 000 times better than the other pharmacies in Ottawa.

Unfortunately, the customer service at this location has declined. Cannot get through to the pharmacy counter by phone; they don't answer, and there isn't even voicemail! And I agree w/ the other reviewers that the pharmacists who replace the main one are often unpleasant. I know this is a difficult and busy time with vaccinations, but there's a standard below which one simply should not fall.

Very convenient location as there are a bunch of government buildings and learning centres here that benefit from this Rexall. They have some good deals and a wide assortment of items to buy. I mainly focused on the snacks but you can get other things like over-the-counter drugs

The pharmacist working there is second to none. He has saved lives. He knows his clients, and truly cares above t them. If you are worried about certain drugs you are taking, or potentially dangerous interactions between drugs, this pharmacist is your guardian angel. I would give this pharmacy a five star rating if they only kept this particular pharmacist on staff. Others, less competent.

I usually go there Saturdays and there is always a very professional gentleman working there on Saturdays most accommodating, pleasant and very helpful and understanding. I usually give a week for my long prescriptions to be prepared but on a couple of occasions my need was urgent and he was very understanding and friendly. Both me and my mum are now permanent customers there and we are both very happy.

Please do not visit this Rexall in case of any urgency. They are closing the store 15 minutes before the posted timings. They are not even ready to listen to the customer's needs. I wish I could give 0 stars to this store. But I want to give 1 star just for the sake of other employees. If this is the situation for a regular customer like me, imagine the situation of any new customer coming to the store. I hope the supervisors of this store will look over the issue and sort it out for the beneifit of other customers :(

Due to my school and work schedule, I am often unable to reach this pharmacy during working hours on weekdays, so my best option for pick up is the weekend. Unfortunately, they are closed on weekends and I am unable to get my prescription that I need. Please consider weekend hours.

I've been coming here for many years, the staff is always super nice to both me and my young son. It is a nice and quiet store, washrooms in the plaza too if you ever need them. The pharmacist was always patient when answering my questions ,both in person and on the phone. I highly recommend!

I wish I had better things to say about this pharmacy. The manager at the front is very rude and confrontational. The main pharmacist is a nice person however their replacements have consistently been rude and have no concept of privacy. One of the pharmacist was yelling personal details about my file so people waiting in line could easily hear everything. I was embarrassed and it made me very uncomfortable.Good customer service goes a long way. This place still has a very long way to go.
