Great small airline. I've flown with them on a number of occasions. I've used them for both work and pleasure trips. If you are traveling with them for pleasure be prepared to pay. A one-way trip to Nunavut from Winnipeg will cost you the same thing or more than a return trip to Fiji or Australia. That being said when you are going to places they fly you know it's going to cost you. Take bug spray with you. It's a broad statement because if it's summer and your flying with them the bugs will be the worst you've ever seen.

They're the same as all the other Northern airlines, except for 2 issues; the first they do not take your Aeroplan number even though you bought a First Air ticket. Secondly, though the staff is professional I find First Air to be a touch superior in every way. Sorry.

Not a great airline. Waited 9 hours for a flight up to Churchill and ended up being put on a perimeter airlines flight instead. The staff were very friendly but we're not informed as to why we were delayed or for how long. If it wasn't for a fellow traveler's connections at the airport, I doubt we would have known what was happening until the plane arrived. It's an unfortunate thing that this airline is one of the few options people in northern Manitoba have for transport as it is not easy to deal with.
