Very unprofessional.....no return calls, office closed but no sign posted AND voice message provided the WRONG phone number, some poor old guy has been getting Viva Dental calls!NOTE: watch for unnecessary charges and procedures, used all of Elderly Moms annual dental $$$ and STILL NO DENTURES!!!

Excellent care with a dental team you can talk to who explain your options.Their striving for best possible results appreciated.

I've had nothing but exemplary service here. Every person has been professional yet down to earth and friendly, my options are fully explained, and the dentist I saw was exceptional.

Excellent dental office. Everyone I have dealt with (Lauren, Sydney, Darcy and Dr Raj) are welcoming, caring and professional. Darcy was informative during the cleaning, non-judgmental and easy going. Dr Raj was careful and put patient comfort first. Lauren and Sydney are easy to speak to and understanding of individual circumstances. Easily the top dental office I have been to and will recommend to everyone. When you visit this office you can tell that this is a strong and professional team who are compassionate and have enthusiasm for their jobs.I am positive that the other staff working there who I have not dealt with yet meet this same standard.

I have been a client here since it was dr Hayes office which was amazing. He retired which I found out when I had an appointment with no notice. From that point almost every time I went to the office there was a new dentist. The first one was dr shawkey, he was terrible, no freezing, didn’t properly shape one of my front teeth (1/16” longer than the other). And started drilling on a tooth and it flew across the room. Then dr moe was there, he was very good and took the time to make me comfortable. Dr bablani was also good but he had moved away. Following him there was a dentist from Toronto that was okay, I don’t remember his name. And the most recent being Dr. P. I went in and it wasn’t uncommon to have something small that needed to be fixed. He told me I needed somewhere around 13 fillings. Which was insane. I went to the first 2 appointments and got told I have 5 more fillings. During the second appointment it was one of the most uncomfortable appointments I’ve ever had. The dr had is stomach pushed up against my head, and had so many different tools in my mouth my jaw was radiating pain from being cranked open (he was working near the front of my mouth). After he finished I told him how sore my jaw was so he said hold on. Comes back with a nestle water bottle filled with warm water and puts it on my face while attempting to rub my jaw. This was all very odd. My jaw was sore for 4 days after this. And a week after the filling was done a chunk of it fell out. I decided to go to another dentist and they told me I don’t need any fillings. So I’m convinced they are just trying to scam people that have decent benefits by telling them they need 13 fillings to make up lost funds due to the lack of clients caused by a rotating staff. I asked if they could just take the money off the balance left owing. I was told we have a new dentist and if you come in he can fix it. I do not want another new dentist and have already switched dentists. She said my only option is to pay the whole balance. Chloe was a very good hygienist though.

Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist's office.. I will never recommend this place to ANYONE! Had an EXTREMELY poor cleaning by a hygienist who made all my gums bleed (which never happens) using some sort of Gum sticks for floss" I was also never seen by a dentist after my cleaning .. also sad to hear

Got me in for a dental emergency a few months back, emergency extraction that no other office could accommodate on short notice. Wasn’t happy that I went in for one tooth but ended up with two being pulled, puts a strain on the budget, but understood it was needed. Was relatively quick and easy. Was painful but only cause the infection ran so deep, not the dentists fault. Lost a star because I was to be followed up with but never received any follow up. Will use again if needed however. Like I said, accommodated an emergency when no one else would, quick and easy.

Good experience a New patient yesterday. Sydney and Lauren at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Hygienist Darcy was very thorough and not too rough and Dr. Raj seemed very good too!

i have had bad experiences in the past, and I can definitely say that this dental office is awesome. I would recommend to anyone. the receptionists to the hygienist and the dentist are top notch. Everyone that works here makes you feel at home. Thanks ladies you make my visit great.
