These people work for us and if I talked to my boss they way the woman at the window talked to me, I would be ushered right out the door! I don't know when I have had such rude service. Shocking! I was the only one in the office too and had to put on a mask!!! Ridiculous!

The security officer and the gentleman behind the service desk were so polite, professional and just all around great people. We were helped within 10 minutes and with a smile. Thankyou!

The security guy was so rude to me by telling me to wear a mask. And to the man who came in after me he asked him politely to please wear a mask.

I went and ordered a new ssc after I got married, was given a receipt and was told If I don’t receive my card in 2 weeks to call the number on receipt.I call the number after two weeks of not receiving my card and the lady was clueless. Did not help me at all. Just told me it was sent out so it’s weird that I haven’t received it and said there’s nothing she could do, that I had to go in and re order another one. So somewhere my ssc is out there?!? Not cool.

was told my ssdi was approved back in Aug. last year ,I've been informed that I have to wait 12 months again. don't bother trying to get a manager they wont listen to reason, not a single person cares

Very rude employees. Absolutely no help whatsoever. It's faster and easier to just drive to a different county and try your luck at a different office.

Can never get a hold of these people. no one answers phones. Wait forever to hear from someone and then the machine kicks you off waiting, and then have to restart the call again just to have no one answer and to be kicked off the line again...Hope they can fix that issue.

The worst experience of customer service ever in my life. The people that work here are trash and should all be fired. I called 40 minutes before the office closed because we can't go into office anymore for some reason. I waited on hold for 30min. Someone finally answered and acted like they couldn't hear me since it was 10 min before they closed. I know they acted because they only asked if I could hear them in between when I was talking and I was on a land line and I assume they were to and I take calls all the time from this phone. If they truly couldn't hear me they would be taking over me not when I stopped talking. I called them back and waited on hold for another 25 minutes and it finally went to someone and they just hung up on me this time. Just ridiculous.

I had a very good experience when went to do my last name change, the officer was very helpful to other people that came in and the woman at the counter was very helpful and answered all my questions, also my wait time was only 5 minutes or so.
