Urban Quarry

So disappointed! Don't use this company ever. They installed a white and grey granite counter top in our kitchen ($$$$) with ORANGE stains. They said it was mineral residue that happens with time but in our case this was a brand new counter top installed with an existing stain. Horrible service.

We recently just finished renovating our kitchen from A to Z. We had Cambria countertops installed by Urban Quarry. From start to finish, the staff was very efficient and professional. It took under 2 weeks from time of measurements to complete installation.I would highly recommend Urban Quarry .

I had new counter tops installed by UQ through Deslauriers Custom Cabinets this summer. Unfortunately I was left with a very dark seam in the middle of my white counter top. I had them come back twice to try to make it look better by filling it or by any means but was told it’s because the two pieces are uneven and that it’s because of the finish that I chose and that any dirt and water that gets to the area would make the seam even darker. After all that it I was told that the way it is was “acceptable”. The seam even separates when I put something hot in that area. Giving a star since they were on time with the original install date but even then they didn’t install the sink properly which put me back a couple of weeks. Heard great things about UQ through my interior design community but unfortunately I can’t recommend them to anyone based on my poor personal experience.

This is our second project with Urban Quarry and we are consistently satisfied customers. They provided our kitchen counters in 2013 and this year they did our new kitchen, master bathroom and our laundry room. The quartz from our old kitchen was reused in our master bathroom and our laundry room. Sarah was great booking and organizing all the installation, Pat was great to deal with, his templates, his measurements were 100% accurate which made installation a breeze. The installers were incredibly efficient and professional. They did an amazing job with the kitchen island waterfall to make it flow seamlessly. Our home looks amazing and we are very happy with the results. Thank you Urban Quarry!

I want to thank your staff for an amazing experience. We ordered and were told about 2 -3 week wait for the templating. And it was exactly that time frame. They called us again to confirm a date/time for the install and called again to let us know they were on the way. The gentleman (Peter) that provided the templating was awesome! He answered all of my questions and provided valuable information about the product and the process. Then we were told about 2 - 3 weeks for delivery of the countertops and again they called to verify the date/time. And called again on that day to say when they would arrive. (and arrived on time) :) The (2) young men (sorry I cannot remember there names) that did the install were very friendly and kind and extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent service. They also let us know about certain products and items such as hot pots etc. that would damage the countertops. They were very efficient at installing the countertops and cleaned up after, from the process of installing the kitchen faucet. I am so happy with the beautiful countertops and the way it finishes off my new kitchen. Thank you so much to your staff!

Amazing company! I was concerned about how a solid white quartz counter would look with seams but the installers took their time and did an incredible job making the entire kitchen look like one solid slab. Very happy with the service and the Cambria product.

Bang on! Extremely accurate granite install. Drilled faucet hole and installed under mount sink. Highly recommend this company.
