Ripped off by the finance guy and car sales man (who then left soon afterwards). Was told winter tires would be included- 1 year later my winter and summers that came with the vehicle are bald and unsafe to use.Had weird squeaking sound coming from my car and had multiple checks by them over the course of 6 months and said they couldn’t hear anything- bring it to another spot and said my brakes were almost metal on metal. Only reason I return is because I have to get my checks done. Would not recommend!Edit: May 3So I’ve been told to contact customer service for “formal help” and did… never got a response. Pretty hilarious and not out of character given my experience so far. Do not shop here unless you are very well versed and can confidently deal with bad financial help.Edit: July 2Reached out months ago, no response even after follow up.

My experience with Bank street Mazda was amazing, I didn’t feel pressured once so ever by my car sales men Charles, He got me just what I needed and helped me through the whole process of buying my first newer vehicle. The finance manger Sully handled everything for me and made the process very smooth. All the Staff at Bank street Mazda stoped and took the time to talk to me about my new car purchase. Never take time to take your car if they call you to purchase your vehicle at top dollars, I wasted my weekend and took time to drive all the way, they listed my car on some portal without consent and offer me peanuts and hilariously lowest price. DONT TRY TO SELL YOUR USED CALL TO THESE LOW BOWLERS!

Helped me deciding the vehicle that better suited my needs and made sure I get a decent price for my used car.Zein also was of a great help, very friendly and professional. Provided me with all the information needed about financing and insurance.The place is clean and has a very nice showroom and many options to pick from. I recently purchased a vehicle from Bank Street Mazda. Their team was stellar; flexible, fast, efficient and no nonsense. A special shout-out to Saad El Aaouani; their sales manager who went out of his way to accommodate my last minute request.
