I contacted LEA Appliance Repair to fix my Whirlpool washing machine. On the phone itself, after listening to the issue, Edgar gave me a fair idea of the most likely cause and the overall cost to repair it. He arrived the same day and, after running the diagnostics and opening up the machine, the cause, indeed, turned out to be what he'd mentioned over the phone. He came equipped with all necessary tools as well as the part that would need to be replaced.He was professional throughout the process. At every step, he politely explained what he was doing. Based on the efficiency with which he handled the machine, it was evident that he's knowledgeable and has a lot of experience with such appliances. Edgar was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely recommend LEA Appliance Repair to anyone needing appliance repairs.

The LEA Appliance Repair person undertook the work on my Whirlpool washer very promptly and efficiently and at a very competitive cost as compared to several vendors that I had contacted to obtain quotes.Edgar attended with his assistant, (due to the location of the stacked units in a very difficult and constrained work location in my condo) equipped with all the necessary parts required and within the time that he had advised for the repair; the work was done to my satisfaction.The team was extremely courteous and ensured that the unit was tested to performance standards with assurance to advise them if I had any further problems.I am very happy to endorse and recommend that the LEA team can be trusted to undertake appliance repairs for Condo tenants and owners.

We called Lea Appliance Repair to fix a mess created by the first service company I called to fix our oven. They came the same day I called. Tal, our service technician was amazing. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very empathetic to our situation. He was able to fix our oven the next day, which was great as the first repair company made us wait close to a month fir parts/appt. If I could, I’d give Tal, and Lea Appliance Repair a 10 out of 5.

Edgar was helpful, clear, and did the job quickly. We anticipate that all is repaired properly. The cost was higher than we hoped or expected but if it is fixed, it should be worth it. Customer service was exceptional from beginning to end. very responsive by email up until giving a courtesy call when they were close to arriving. The two individuals who arrived were professional and very personable. Edgar and his teammate (for training) were able to fix the problem within twenty minutes and provide quick education on how to properly maintain front loader washing machine to avoid future issues. Not only were they able to fix the issue competently but did it with a smile and humour. Definitely would use them again!

Excellent service!The office staff was friendly and easy to work with, and the technician Alex was absolutely exceptional. His work was quick, yet thorough and he had so much knowledge about his job. He kept me aware throughout the entire process of what he was doing and why, and made it all so easy to understand. Alex was friendly and we felt very comfortable having him working in our home. Edgar fixed my 27-year old GE stove with a repair of the circuit board so it's now like new. He assured me my American-made stove was worth saving since it was much better quality than brand-new stoves. And he cleaned my dishwasher at the same time!

I recently called LEA Appliance Repair to see if my fridge could be repaired. Edgar and an assistant.responded to my call quickly. They acted professionally, politely, efficiently and communicated repair details and costs involved clearly. I was very pleased. All is working well - thank you!It is important for people to be able to trust people and to be able to count on tradesmen to be reliable.It is my hope that the negative reviews I read from other customers regarding Edgar and the company's integrity are false or dramatically overstated. I would like to believe that my own positive impression is well grounded and will remain true.

Edgar was early, courteous and very helpful. He knew exactly what the problem was with my stove and had the parts available depending on what the issue was. He explained every step clearly and pointed out other issues that existed where repairs were optional. I appreciated the fact he did not push for these other repairs and stated directly we could live with them. His company also offered a 25$ discount for first-time callers which I forgot to bring until after he left and he had no issue refunding the 25$ after the fact. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to reach for scheduling and he kindly offered his knowledge up if we ever wanted to DIY any future repairs and said just to call him and ask anything.

They called before they came out. They were done with in a timely manner. Very friendly and told me exactly what I needed for my gas dryer. I would recommend them 100%. They also gave me a price fix my LG glass top stove. Which I think was a reasonable price.
