Dr. Sharma and her staff provide me with pain management in so many forms, and this clinic is the most valuable resource in providing me with better quality of life. Dr. Sharma truly cares and listens, and believes me when I talk about my experience and pain. I have followed her from two other clinics and I’m very glad I could! I can count on this clinic and I feel confident in the fact that they care, and that’s a great feeling to have with any doctor.

This is by far the worst place I've ever gone to in my life. The doctor takes 5 minutes to go over your issue and then is very aggressively pushing random medication that they will not tell you the side effects for. I was told that the medication they're giving will give temporary relief to pain and when I asked what's the difference between it and Advil I was told of all the success they've had with it and they completely ignored the question. All these doctors care about is giving people medication and they do not care about helping you at all. I am sure they are getting money from these pharmaceutical companies because all they care about is prescribing medication as fast as possible and pushing you out the door.

I love Dr S. SHARMA and all her staff. She is caring and considerate and actually listens to patient concerns. Her reception staff, are friendly, patient and efficient. She also has several other pain speciists as part of the practice, who give excellent care and concern. Definitely recommend this clinic!

Our daughter has a degenerative disorder which involves both chronic and acute pain. Dr. Sharma has been instrumental in helping to manage our daughter's pain; she listens to our daughter and has implemented a personalized, comprehensive pain management program, which she assesses and modifies as our daughter's condition changes. Dr. Sharma has been a major part of our lives for a number of years now, and when she opened the Avella Injury and Pain Clinic, we followed her here. Dr. Sharma has also brought other professionals on site who have become valuable resources for our daughter. The staff are friendly and professional. Through all of the challenges our daughter faces, my husband and I are truly grateful for Dr. Sharma's expertise, understanding, and compassionate care.

This Clinic is wonderful, I was referred by my physician for Chronic lower back pain. I have been seeing Dr S Hawrylyshyn and the injections have helped. The front desk is very pleasant, appointments are short and punctual. I would recommend this clinic

Left me in pain (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) so she could do more profitable treatments that were ineffective. Blamed me for the poor fit of custom knee braces that they measured for. Blamed my pain on my mood and constantly tried to get me to take antidepressants and told me I needed electroshock treatment when I refused them. I was weepyn in the appointment because I had been getting ineffective treatment for my pain for six months. This is completely inappropriate behavior from a pain specialist. Repeatedly cancelled appointments to discuss treatment options. If they can't help you, they will just keep doing ineffective treatments for OHIP billings until you leave.Don't go here if you have any complex pain issues. They are looking to give cookie-cutter, quick and profitable treatments only.After seeing a rheumatologist, the rheumatologist quickly began steroid injection treatment that has been extremely effective. Dr Sharma told me that I was too young for steroid treatments, which my rheumatologist said was nonsense. Guess what. Steroids are once every 3-6 months, trigger point is every 3-4 weeks. Contemplating reporting to the college of physicians.
