Benjamin Moore : KLEINPAINT Newmarket West

I have been purchasing from this location and other locations in Newmarket and Aurora for 4 years now.I have always been very well taken care of. The service has always been excellent and I have felt extremely valued and appreciated!All of my questions have always been received in a welcoming manner, and the Staff have even called Benjamin Moore Corporate Home Office when encountering a very specific troubleshoot. I have always ended up with a clear direction from the Staff and I have been able to face any new situation with Confidence and Pride.I only use Benjamin Moore Products and will continue to do so, as they have only enhanced my business and my Quality of Work, which is of the utmost importance to me!Thank you!

Only want to offer a reduced price if you’re willing to spend $500-2000 in one shot. Sorry, but I won’t be coming back. Off to Home Depot to buy the rest of my supplies now. If you want me to be a loyal customer, you need to return the favour. Wasn’t impressed with the employees’ indifference to my request.

Good service and folks were helpful. I needed a close match for an older can of paint from a different brand. They mixed a colour that was very close which saved me time and the end result is great. Also, a huge fan of Aura paint and buy it for all my painting projects.

Very helpful as soon as we walked through the doors. Staff are knowledgeable and will tell you straight up with what colours need 3 coats and will always try and save you money. Great location!

I have been to this Benjamin Moore several times in the past few months and I have to say how great the customer service is! I've gone in with questions and always got great answers - from the proper type of paint to use depending on the application, to the right brushes and rollers. Clearly the staff are very knowledgeable on their products. I have purchased paint from other big box stores in the past like Home Depot but nothing compares to the knowledge the staff have here. I was was helped by someone different every time, so this is a thank you to everyone at this location.

Had 4 Benjamin Moore paint cans given to me from a friend that were white, called up the store and they offered to tint them at not cost. Customer service at its best!

I had the pleasure of receiving Dawn's assistance at the Newmarket location. I needed paint for my livingroom and she was able pin point exactly what I needed. She was so friendly and knowledgeable! As I'm sure you can imagine, purchasing paint during a pandemic lockdown is a little strange but Dawn made the experience awesome!This paint was the best paint I've ever worked with!! Application was brilliant and the coverage was second to none! I will be moving to a new house soon and I can't wait to call Dawn for help!!Many thanks Dawn!!

Don't communicate properly about how dark you can tint primer and give the incorrect color of paint. Will not come again.

Do you like getting scammed by sales staff? Then go to this location and throw your money away. They'll make you the wrong paint, charge you for it, then make the right one and charge you for that as well. And good luck getting the first one reversed. Get your Benjamin Moore paint from somewhere else.

Sandra who works there is the most helpful amazing person. Today I called her and couldn't remember the paint I ordered yesterday. I needed another can. She was able to tell me what I ordered and said she would have it ready. I just picked it up and it was there on there on the counter. She knows so much about the different paints and about which formulas changed over time. I was in the store about two weeks ago picking up a very large order for a commercial site, and there was this man yelling at her saying she was wasting his time for having to check the formula. She stayed calm and continued on. The owner Mark so kindly explained to the man that he had ordered that paint 5 years ago according to the sticker on the can. And they need to verify the formula didn't change in the last 5 years or else Sandra will mix it and it won't match. The man then understood but he didn't apologize to her. I think its amazing that she took the time to check! Another time I was there picking up an order about 15 minutes before close. I was talking to Mark about future paints i will be needing and asking his suggestions. It was officially closing time, their tables were inside, their tills were counted, and a woman comes and says she needs paint. They kindly apologized and let her know the store is closed. She got very mad and said they had to help her because she walked there with her baby. I was thinking she should have left earlier if she needed it, but somehow she placed the blame on the store.Its situations like these where I feel people are unfair and being unreasonable. I know these are hard times and everyhting is more frustrating than normal, but the people at this store are amazing and so kind and helpful. Mark the owner is there from open to close and works harder than any of his employees. He is there right beside them. They treat everyone with respect and they never make mistakes. This store is incredible.
