Cold Lake Ford

Brought in my Ford Escape for a windshield replacement and after the work was complete, I noticed several issues. First, a new cluster of scratches appeared on my front driver side fender which are very obviously there from someone brushing up against the vehicle while working on the windshield. The interior of my car was a mess, with rubber pieces from the windshield seal scattered on top of my dash and in my vents (what a pleasant surprise it was to be peppered with rubber when turning my vents on the next morning). Lastly, scratches to the inside of my windshield pillar were now there that didn't exist before. Upon noticing these and speaking to the service manager, he agreed to bring my car back in and attempt to rectify these deficiencies. I picked up my car and was absolutely disappointed at the lack of real attempt to make this right. The scratches look just the same as before, the inside was barely even vacuumed and the car wasn't even washed. I also noticed that the interior weatherstripping wasn't even installed properly post windshield replacement. (See pics) Furthermore, I noticed a new set of marks on my hood that weren't noticed before. While a few members tried to be very friendly, the overall quality of service done on my vehicle is poor. I am very disappointed in this location. I probably won't be going back unless absolutely necessary.The front desk servicing guys are friendly and nice though.

Was in town for the long weekend and heard some noise from my front end. Called Cold Lake Ford very last minute on a Saturday and Phil “The Jam man” Waldorf did me a solid and jammed me in in the last couple hours of the day. Their tech Austin Hofer was great, went for a test drive, did a full inspection and made sure I was safe to drive home. These guys were awesome, understanding and super good to deal with. Would recommend to anybody!

Really happy with the service I received here. Phil was a god send after my truck broke down on the way to Cold Lake. He was extremely transparent for both cost and for service. I can’t say enough about how good I felt after leaving. Thanks folks!

Taylor and Sam at the dealership helped us out big time when Ford itself wouldn't. They went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the whole process.

We were making a quick trip through cold lake over the New Years weekend and had a service soon light pop up 30min out of town. Called ahead to see if someone would be able to look at it quick to make sure we’d be able to make it back home the next day. Very pleased with the quick and friendly service the service manager Sam provided!! As well as the friendly atmosphere at the dealership, thank you all!

Taylor, in the Service Department at Cold Lake Ford, is absolutely fantastic. She takes Customer Service to the next level and I just can't rave about her enough. My truck had some parts that were taking longer than expected. Taylor kept me updated all along the way, she lined up a shuttle for me to take me to and from work every day (even from my home) and arranged a rental with a discount. It is unfortunate that my truck needed repairs and parts were on back order but Taylor really went the extra mile and deserves all the praise. She's a keeper Ford!!

Had my vehicle in for a recall, and the experience was decent. The only frustrations that happened were more of a result of the weather than anything else. Otherwise, the service was good, and my vehicle was fixed quickly. Appreciate the shuttle.

Excellent service!!! Amy & Nicole was wonderful, helped us get the financing & got the vehicle delivered to us from cold lake to Calgary!I highly highly recommend this dealership! Communication was excellent as well!
