I always have luck in finding what I’m looking for at this boutique. All her dresses are stunning, good quality and reasonably priced. I have bought 4 dresses from her so far( never disappointed). She has an amazing rage in sizes. Customer service is polite and always helpful. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

“a dress for every occasion” - I went in here and first of all, was ignored when I walked in even though the store was empty. Finally someone approached me and asked me what I was looking for so I told them and they showed me completely different of what I told them I wanted, so clearly they were not listening or are in the wrong field. Then they didn’t even have a simple long wedding guest dress. It was all prom dresses. I was only there for 2 minutes. I asked a question after the lady was finished showing me a couple options and was again … ignored. Clearly they did not want to make any sales that day. No wonder the store was empty. When I left I said “bye have a great day” and not a word was said from either of the 2 girls in there. If you want to feel welcomed and valued as a customer … go to Elizabeth Noel or literally anywhere else. Other reviews mention that this store is dirty and the girls who work here have no manners and I could not agree more.

Elle couture is the greatest dress store in london! The sales staff are very helpful, friendly, and NOT AT ALL JUDGEMENTAL... (to the previous reviews). I like the dynamic of the store, the selection of the dresses, and the sweet lady with the scarf who made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend elle couture to anyone shopping for a dress! You will not regret your experience, as the staff makes you feel like family and the selection is great!

Was an amazing boutique, beautiful dresses. All the staff were kind and organized. Definitely recommend everyone to go get their dress there.

Bought numerous items here over the years and it's always worked out. Just remember to shop asap for an event because if you need to order it takes a couple of months depending on what you are ordering. Also in the winter bring indoor shoes / dress shoes since you understandably need to leave wet winterfoot wear at the door.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great selection of dresses. After shopping all day my daughter finally found the perfect prom dress. Thank you.

I went to Elle Couture on Saturday, and my niece was absolutely thrilled with her purchase. She was hesitant to purchase from this store because of previous reviews. The dresses she tried on at first were not fitting her correctly; however, Soondouss was able to find her the PERFECT dress! She was very sweet and helpful. I highly recommend everyone to speak with her if they are having troubles, and the whole family agrees! My niece loves her new dress! Way to go Elle couture!

A one star is giving them to much credit this place is by far the worst dress store in London they sold me a dress knowing it didn’t fit my daughter properly said it could be altered to fit which was not the case and couldn’t take back because the bill says non refundable which they do not disclose this to you at point of sale so that being said I’m out 545 dollars and had to buy a new one on top of that and to top it off the service was horrible

Great customer service, friendly and attentive staff and a great selection of dresses. My daughter found her dream dress for her grad. We both left completely satisfied. We will be back !

Went for my daughter's grade 8 dress. She is shy, this wasn't her element. Tried to make it a fun experience.Soondouss was there, so helpful and kind. Gathered dresses to meet my daughter's needs and were compatible with her body type. Stood by the change rooms and was readily available for any assistance.We we pleased and would definitely go back.Thank YOU!!!
