Dr. Inna Roitberg

This is the worst customer service I've ever seen! I had an appointment for 5.30 with Dr Inna. When I arrived at 5.33 the door was locked. I waited a few minutes hoping maybe she was busy or something else before another patient arrived and asked me if I saw the doctor. At that point I started calling their office but it went straight to the voicemail. Ten minutes later I finally got through and her receptionist told me they left because I was 3 minutes late! No phone calls, no apologies- nothing! He told me to wait. After another 10-15 minutes I called them back and asked if Dr Inna is coming back, when he told me to go to the laboratory and see if they're still open and that 'everything else is fine'. At this point it was almost 6 pm and everything was closed! When I asked him why they didn't call and inform me he said: ' I don't have to call you'. Seriously? I was so upset with how rude he spoke to me that I told him that I am leaving and he started yelling at me.Another patient told me he was waiting for his test results and that she's not getting back to me or answering his calls.So if you think of choosing her think twice. I would avoid this place at any cost.

Dr. Inna Roitberg has been my doctor and my husband’s doctor for over 24 years. She is one of the most caring, knowledgeable and compassionate doctors I know. She always takes time to listen to our concerns, answers all of our questions, thorough in her approach and makes sure we have the best treatment options available. She is accessible and always available, even outside of normal hours. She is an excellent doctor, we are so lucky to be under her care.

Dr Inna Roitberg has been my moms family doctor since 1996 ! My mom was 71 when we arrived to Canada and all these years my mom is alive thanks to Doctor Inna! Doctor Inna always response immediately to all my calls in the morning and at night ( my mom is 97 and I always need some advices) She takes care of my mom as if she is her own mother. All these years she was the best doctor to my Mom. Thank you so much Dr. Inna! I also want to thank Lev Roitberg who always very supportive and always sending me all the requests . Appointment doesn’t work properly, you need to stay in the line with people who did not book the appointment. Also the clinic is very expensive.

My mother and I came from Ukraine, it is difficult for us in a new country. the process of adaptation is difficult. Mother and I were greeted very warmly by doctor Inna, who professionally helped us with all questions. My mother and I left satisfied and happy. Thank you Miss Inna. I hope my mother will choose Dr. Inna as our family doctor.
