This is the place where you want to rent your tools and machinery from. I have no hesitation going back to TheRentalGuys when I need to rent something else in the future. Not only were Mitch and Graeme super helpful but the person I spoke with on their online chat, to ask specific questions, was super knowledgeable about product info. I was going to rent an articulating boom lift but was advised that the scissor lift would be a be a better choice for my application. Quite happy about making that decision and the cost was very reasonable compared to other service providers. These guys are the best, from their customer support to their product knowledge as well as their free delivery and their web booking portal. Just a breeze from start to finish. We rented a Skyjack 4632 on Saturday. Was delivered right on time, great communication with Graham for delivery and pickup. New equipment, clean and fully charged. Really happy equipment, pricing and service.

Awesome experience renting a machine. I got quotes from a few companies. Most charge $100+ In delivery fees both ways. Paid $50 to have the machine before 11am and it was here by 9. Don who delivered gave me a run down on how to operate. Don’t look anywhere else for a rental.

A very professional company. My experience was amazing!! The machine was rented for a home use by me. The owner, Napoleon, was very professional. He came to deliver the machine (scissor lift). Before coming, one day earlier he called to let me know the time and called again the next day before coming. He explained how the machine works, etc. At the end of the rental period, he again called a day earlier and before coming the next day to confirm. I had even called the customer service and spoke to a person named Patricia- she too was very helpful and pleasant. Well Maintained Equipment and affordable Pricing. Overall a fantastic experience!!!

Excellent communication and service. I rented the Kubota Skid Steer with a 12 auger. This machine was top notch and had all the bells and whistles

Outstanding experience with these guys! We rented a SkyJack SJ3219. The unit arrived clean and fully charged. The delivery driver Mike was friendly, polite and helpful. The website was super easy to navigate for the reservation. If you’re looking to rent equipment, I highly recommend The Rental Guys.

First time user and I must say this was an amazing experience. Apart from the rental, customer experience was absolutely stellar.Mitch and Sonia were very helpful/friendly and they answered all my inquiries. This was they key of the whole experience since it was my first time using heavy machinery. However, do your research on how to operate the machine. Google videos and consulting the manual to familiarize with its functions made a huge difference.The prices were amazing and the free delivery was an added bonus - if you are not pressured for time. They offer free delivery between 7am to 3pm. If you need it earlier, charges apply and for a reason since they service the whole GTA.Safety for these guys come first and they made sure to cover all tips around that. They put you at ease, especially if you are a first time user.Their website is easy to view all rental equipment and their live chat (Sonia) was extremely helpful answering novice questions.Give these guys a try and you will feel the same way.To the owner, Chris, great crew and I would highly recommend you to friends and family.Dimitri

It was an amazing experience working with the Rental Guys from start to finish. The ease of transaction, communication, and understanding was on par. I would highly recommend this particular company, location, and Mitch and Graham.The website to book is user-friendly and within minutes I was able to register an account and book my reservation.The ability to communicate with Mitch by message (other than directly calling) is an important feature for me. Having three young children in the house, my ability to continue to communicate with them definitely facilitated and eased the overall experience.Very down-to-earth gentlemen, easy to work with, and no hidden fees or unexpected charges in the end. I will definitely be making future bookings with the Rental Guys Mississauga location.

I just finished a long renovation project, and one of the best decisions and experiences was dealing with Graham and the rental guys team. Efficient, on time delivery, I had to extend my rental period many times, it was a simple process, and stress free. My reno didn't go as planned, but the one thing that helped the stress level go down was knowing I had the lift available and rental renewable as long as I needed itThe team at rental guys communicate extremely well, no hesitation to recommend them at all.And a special mention to Matt, the delivery driver...a nicer man you couldn't meet...a true gentleman to deal with.Five star and more.
