Our experience with Braid flooring began when they welcomed us into their showroom. Many showrooms in the city didn't even say hi to us when we walked around. Braid was not pushy, but made sure that we knew they were happy to help us when we were ready. They worked with us to find solutions that allowed us to install a spectacular product but stay within our budget. Lastly, when the subcontracted installer flaked out from the job, Danny and Dino went above and beyond to personally complete work in our house and find other contractors to quickly complete the work. If you are looking for flooring solution that will graciously work with you in all situations, Braid flooring is the place to go.

We needed a couple boxes of flooring to match the existing one that was installed. Since we just purchased the home we didn’t know who originally they had purchased it from. After emailing and calling around to other competitors, and getting no call backs.I reached out to Braid. Dale immediately called me back. He tracked down the flooring and got back to me within a half hour. From the first phone call, to pick up everything was absolutely wonderful.5 starts for making the process so easy, and especially having Dale contacting me throughout for updates.Beautiful showroom, great staff. Will definitely be back when we update our the rest of the house.

Braid Flooring has provided us excellent service. They provided all the flooring for our new 2900 square foot house, and just recently we bought a large area carpet. I had to be ordered and it arrived in two weeks as promised. The staff are wonderful to deal with.

Do Not recommend!I ordered forty-four boxes of flooring November 23. Horrible communication from the Braid team and four promised delivery dates. I understand delays (especially right now with a pandemic), but both the James (sales person) and Clinton (installation coordinator) admitted there was no excuses for this happening.Thankfully, I documented it all in emails. When it didn’t show up on the last scheduled date I contacted James to cancel the order. Magically they were able to deliver within the hour.Side note: I did cancelled the installation and will find someone independent.

This store is easy to get into from the road and parking was great. Inside it was nice and had a good selection of flooring. I found their price more than others on the product and installation. Even before a 157.30 delivery charge, I'm assuming it is on day of installation. No one else charged for this. We asked around to other stores and installers that worked for local retailers. Everyone seemed puzzled. The installers who deliver in their own vehicle said they have never received something like this. Another odd charge was over 30.00 for residential

We are so happy with the XRock porcelain tiles we ordered from Braid flooring. Dani was very helpful and knowledgeable on her products. It’s a pedestal system that the tiles are set on which makes for a perfect look. Dani helped us with any of our questions we had as we installed them ourselves.Other flooring companies in Stoon had samples but didn’t know anything about the porcelain tiles and were not at all helpful with researching or providing the product. We highly recommend Dani (Danielle) & Braid flooring.

I purchased 1100 sq ft of two different styles of lvp flooring from James Wagner. Where to begin with the exceptional service I received from Braid flooring? The customer service was bar none. The timing on everything was exactly on the mark. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! DON’T LOOK ANY FUTHER- James Wagner is the best hands down! I can’t wait to use them on my next project.
