ELITE HEATING OIL (Furnace Oil Delivery)

Wish we would have read the recent reviews before sending them money, they are 5 days late on our oil and haven’t responded to any messages. Would be understandable if they’d just answer their phone. Like a similar reviewer, our bank says we should file a police report for the e-transfer they accepted. Hopefully they will respond before it gets to that point, but seems highly unlikely since this isn’t an isolated incident.

If I could give zero stars I would. A complete no show for furnace oil delivery even after I called to find out why they didn't show up at the requested day. Originally requested on Monday for delivery Wednesday no show not even a call. Called left a message no call back by 9 am so I called to find out why no one showed up I was told they had issues and told some one would be there today ( Thursday ) between 4 and 7 pm again no show no call. Very poor service from a company that prides itself on customer service I have been a customer of Elite for close to 3 yrs at this rate I would NOT recommend them for anything if this is the way they operate now. They certainly weren't like this before.

Is this company still in business? Ordered online Like I always do..nothing for a week..tried calling , nobody answered and mai box full.tried texting..nothing..nooneanswers . Had to call elsewhere, where my tank going on empty

They accepted our money by e-transfer on Saturday for a Monday delivery. Never showed, not taking phone messages, not answering emails, not accepting messages on their facebook site. We have used them for almost a year and never had a problem in the past, but you can destroy a working relationship with this kind of behavior. Now: we have no oil, no money, no explanation, and are trying to find another company to fill an almost-dry tank with emergency delivery fees. We'll need an answer or a refund... soon! Will keep posted how this progresses. Hopefully I'll be able to amend this, but as it stands now it's looking like a bleak Christmas.

Extremely Disappointed! Given a delivery date and no show. Have tried to contact several times but no response.

These guys seemed to be ok over the past year that I've used them. However, for the past week or two, they don't answer the phone, respond to emails, make deliveries, etc. Something strange going on. Avoid.

Fast delivery and quick response to text asking about order delivery. Reliable and on time. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Used them a few times in the past and it went well. This time they never showed up. Decided to switch companies

Ordered oil for Tuesday Jan 10th using the online option. No one showed up, figured it would show up the next day, and still nothing. No response from their Facebook, and no response to text or phone calls. As of now, still no one from the company has responded. Pass on this company, your better off elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYThey have been taking money from customers and not delivering oil, and then sending nasty messages to customers
