We woke up Christmas Eve morning with our house at 52°. We reached out to Dan and he made sure to squeeze us in. We were still able to host our Christmas brunch that day. Dan did a great job fixing the issue and he totally saved Christmas! Thanks so much for the wonderful service. Dan!

Dan installed a new hot water tank for us, and ran a new propane gas line to our stove. We moved into a very run-down, old farmhouse, and we ran through several service people who gave us the run around, or flat out walked out refusing to work on our home because it is old - but that is why we need help!We were so pleased by Dan's work, and grateful he was able to help us get a step closer in making this house a comfortable home for our family. Not only is Dan an honest, down to earth guy, but he is very professional. We will absolutely be hiring him again for future projects.

Our hot water tank stopped working and we were calling around after normal business hours. Not only did Dan answer but was so helpful ! He even offered to attempt to repair. We found Dan to be personable, honest, transparent and affordable. We appreciated the quick response and the water tank replacement was done when stated and he kept the house clean. We would definitely call Dan again and recommend him to everyone. Best part is that he’s a local guy.

Dan is the best. Unfixable Furnace went down on Saturday and he had a new one installed Monday by the time I got home from work. Excellent craftsmanship and very thorough. Really great guy who explains everything. Was a pleasure from start to finish!cant go wrong with Dan, prices were great as well.

I highly recommend Dan!!! He answered my call on the weekend and was able to come out to repair my pool heater within two days. He was able to repair a part so we didn’t have to order it. He’s very knowledgeable, great workmanship with fair pricing.

if you are researching heating and cooling companies, stop here. Dan is very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. Best yet, you are dealing with the person that does the installation, not a salesperson. Hardworking and attention to detail. I cannot recommend him enough!

I cannot recommend Dan from On Demand Heating and Cooling more.When our furnace stopped working very early morning, our house was already down to 61 degrees (it is December). We have an 8 month old baby, so we needed it fixed quickly. We called a couple companies around 7am and most did not answer/were not open and the other said between 3-7pm for service.I searched an Amherstburg Facebook group and saw so many recommendations for On Demand. I called Dan at 7am and he was at my house within a half an hour. He diagnosed our issue and found the part we needed so quickly. Not to mention he offered to drop off heaters if we needed to stay in our house for the night.He went through our options of repair or replacement but was not pushy at all. He took measurements and gave us time to make a decision. Ultimately we decided to replace our furnace.He came to our house at 8am the next morning. He worked so efficiently - he was friendly, accommodating to our dogs, and quiet (my 8 month old took a full nap during install).He finished the furnace and thermostat install by 1pm including clean up. His work was absolutely impeccable - he made sure everything was up to code and he went through the entire furnace/thermostat with me so I understood what I was working with.I am so happy with the quality of work he has done, but mostly what an incredible business owner he is. He went above and beyond what any other business has done to make sure we were well taken care of.I will use this company for ANY of our HVAC needs going forward. I would give more stars if that was an option.

If you are looking for someone reliable, honest and extremely knowledgeable Dan is your guy!! Dan came out last minute when hearing about our situation having a small baby and problems with heat. He was so knowledgeable and got us exactly what we needed at a fair price!We appreciate his quick install and extreme attention to detail.We will definitely be using his services again in the future.

My air conditioner stopped working on a very hot day so I called Dan to come and look at it. Not only did he come and fix it that same day but he took his time to show me how to clean the unit and had it up and running again in no time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will be using Dan for all future heating and cooling needs and would highly recommend him.
