Phone etiquette needs work!!!! Tried calling for some information regarding insurance coverage, was rushed through the conversation like there was no time for my inquiry. But it states the service is great in person so.... show up, don't call first

What customer service. To be honest I don't think they care. Reading the comments from 2 years ago, it seems they haven't changed a bit and likely won't. Like other reviewer said, this pharmacy (or so called) is linked to the doctor's office and money comes first. The doctor specifically told us to get the prescription and refills from this pharmacy only, no where else. That, is a red flag!We called them for our meds refills and kindly asked them if they could prepare them ahead of time for a quick pick up instead of waiting there for who knows how long, this muthaf**** starts yelling at me in Mandarin and broken English saying they are busy and don't want to deal with this! I guess we are not allowed to ask questions or have requests that doesn't fit their schedule or agenda - whatever that is. I will avoid these rude and disrespectful thugs at all costs!!!!

Terrible terrible terrible experience last week. I called on behalf of a client of mine. Asked why the stopped a medication that was essential to his breathing. They told me it was short term and they didn't have a refill. I asked did they call the Dr. They said no. I also mentioned it is not up to them to determine if it's a med that's used for short or long term.So they ran out of a refill for an essential medication. Did not seek the doctor's renewal. And then dismissed me on the phone. Their doctor was made aware.Completely unacceptable.

Would not take my blue cross information or other insurance information, unaired on cash only and rudely suggested I call blue cross. I asked if he was not a registered pharmacist as it seemed odd and now know I should not have asked as we refused to allow me to pay and took prescription back and was shouting at me about insurance companies not paying him and he dosnt use them. Strange, poor and almost fraudulent service. This place needs to be investigated.

I have been very pleased with the friendly service and prescription advice, particularly from Daniel the pharmacist. The questions I have asked about my prescriptions have always been professionally answered. I have also used the them for both COVID-19 vaccine shots, and will be soon getting my booster. I will continue to use this pharmacy.

I’m doing this for my friend cause he is too nice to write negative review. He got prescription fill up from this pharmacy. The pharmacist fill up the medicine but didn’t put any labels on bottles. My friend went to India when he came he got stopped by custom Canada. And they look at medicine bottles without labels & they kept the medicine. When he went back to pharmacy he won’t admit his mistake. And Doctor won’t subscribe the medicine cause he just did 3 weeks ago. It’s not Doctor fault it’s cranky pharmacist fault. Don’t go there please he is rude & disrespect ppl.

I walked in for a prescription change and they were able to do it right then and there and refill my meds on the spot. They are super nice and very cooperative . this center has everything from acupuncture to foot health. I recommend the united medical center on 109th oh and did i mention they are sanitary !
