Phantom Screens generously donated a retractible screen door to a charity I support - Greyhaven Exotic Bird Sanctuary. I won the bid in an online auction. I communicated with Ashley a few times through email. She was personable, pleasant and professional in arranging for the installation of the door. The installer was very efficient in putting the door in. He went over how to use and care for the door. I am totally happy with the screen door. The quality is good as compared to the old door we had. I highly recommend this product.

I am very pleased with my new screen door.I have a kitten who loves to sit by the door and watch birds. One day she became very excited and jumped onto the door causing it to open fortunately the noise scared her and she ran inside rather than outside.I now have a new screen door which has a lock mechanism and is secured by a zipper at the top and bottom of the door The zippers are not visible.This door allows me to not worry about my kitten escaping to my garden and further away.I had a wonderful experience from the time I called to inquire about this door to the day it was installed. I highly recommend this company and their products.

I have loved my Phantom Screens for many years now .... since 2015. I have had the Lower Mainland supplier out over the years to add additional screen doors and to retrofit existing doors to fit new outswing entry doors. They were prompt and reliable and did excellent work. The screens are the best on the market.......purchase them once and you are done.

Couldn't be a happier customer. Living on Bowen Island we tried to contact three companies but none would come or even bothered to reply to my request. Upon seeing a Phantom Screens car driving around North van one day I sent a message and immediately received a response and was quickly booked for service. Mark our installer was fabulous, hard working and friendly. The screens themselves classy looking and extremely functional. They matched our white sliding door and wood front door with a lovely deep brown called 'rideau'. Thank you Phantom Screens!!
