Faisal and his team did an incredible job helping my family move from Niagara Falls to Guelph. I received quotes from many moving companies, and Faisal definitely had the best price possible. He is a very trustworthy man, and did not try to upsell me, or add any hidden cost. He gave me a fixed rate, and I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family in a heartbeat!!!

I honestly can’t say enough about Faisal and his team. Some of the hardest working men I have ever come across. They helped my in-laws move from St. Jacobs to Peterborough. They were punctual, professional, and did not slow down or stop till their move was finished. So much respect for Faisal and his team, A 5 plus star review overall.

I would like to thank Faisal and the team at Kaizen Moving for saving my move. My original movers were a no-show, and I wasn’t hopeful that’s I’d find someone on such short notice. Luckily I came across Kaizen, and they did not disappoint. They were easy to communicate with, very responsive, and it took no time at all to book a move with them. The moving guys that came to help were so professional, polite, and friendly. They really saved the day. I used Kaizen Moving this weekend to move large items between Guelph and Toronto. I couldn't be more pleased with their service!I love the way they conduct their business. They took pictures and requested confirmation about absolutely everything before even slight changes in an order was made. What a breeze my recent move was thanks to Fasial and the Kaizen team. They were incredibly flexible with dates and times for my last minute move from Guelph to Toronto. The crew was friendly, punctual and very careful with items. We had a tight timeline the day of the move and they pulled through, going above and beyond. I will be exclusively working with Kaizen for any moves in the future!!
