Pretty good wash. The only wish I have is for more pressure.

This was probably the worst experience at any business I've used in Central Alberta. Owner was extremely rude to me and even went as far as accusing me of break and entering in his car wash. After a brief exchange of words on the phone he showed up at the car wash and the level of rudeness was not acceptable for any business owner. No wonder his business is losing $100 000.00 per year! I went to Soapys after he kicked me out of his establishment and was able to finish cleaning the interior of my carTake my advise and use any of the other car washes in Lacombe.Save your self a big headache and avoid Jo's carwash!

Went for the express wash in the automatic bay. Car was admittedly quite dirty, but the wash quality was well below expectation. Pretty sizeable ripoff for the price (10.99), disappointing. Stopped in at the office after, but no one was around. Don't use the automatic bay.

Awesome car wash. Clean and many options for soap and shine. Very pricey. Washed my truck and when done my total came to an even 29 dollars. But for some reason my credit card was charged 34. Seemed like I got ripped off. I always spend around 18 to 20 dollars elsewhere for the same wash

I went to give my vehicle a quick self serve rinse instead of the auto drive through. I only had 3 dollars on coin 9so I swiped my credit card but nothing happened, nothing appeared on the screen. Talked to someone i thought was an employee about it 0and he said sometimes it doesnt work so I put my $3 dollars in and rinsed for less than 3 minutes before it quit. When I got home that night I had a funny feeling about this place so I checked my credit card site and there was a $19.95 charge from this business. They are a ripoff charging for things that never worked. Thete are many posts from people with the same story,credit card ripoff overcharges.I'll tell everyone about this ripoff artist and I'll never go back to these thieves.

Nice and clean wash bays. Caution it's not a true truck wash. 11ft6inch max height. Good for little truck but not for the big boys.

Washed my van here. It was a quick rinse only at 4 min 30 seconds and the machine said $9.50 is the charge. Look at my credit card bill and it’s $19.95. This place is a joke ripping people off and I would not reccomend to anyone. Plus the bay wasn’t clean since no one works here it seems like.

Standard car wash. Clean facility. Bright, easy to get to. ATM and change onsite.

I had no problems with the actual car wash - my problem lies with the payment process. It has now happened to me twice that the $$ amount on the receipt does not equal what is charged to my credit card. I wasn't too worried about it at first - thought it was just an authorization thing but it has been 9 days now and the charge to my c/c is $31.25 but the receipt printed out inside their building said $19.95. There is no phone number to get hold of anyone. The first time it happened, I phoned - it was dealt with immediately so I was prepared to give them another chance - mistakes happen. But now that it has happened twice...................

Went through the touchless wash yesterday and paid for the premium wash. When I got home I noticed that there were blue stains all streaked down the side of my suv. Went back to the wash and could not find anyone working there, nor a number to call. Ended up paying more money at another carwash and had to scrub off the blue stains. Not impressed at all.
