Very professional! He fixed my son's Nintendo Switch which was badly damaged. The hinge from the controller that connects to the body of the switch was destroyed alongside the mechanics of the right controller. He assessed the console and called and let me know of the extra damages (gunk from my kiddos fingers from eating while playing etc.). He cleaned up the machine at no additional cost and threw in a port for my son. His switch had been sitting for 4 months as I did not think it was repairable. Thanks for putting a smile back on my son's face. I will use your services in the future for any other tech repairs. He definitely went above and beyond. Great customer service.

Pricing details were clearly communicated & no action taken without approval. Very professional & courteous - I would highly recommend for any repairs you may require. My son is very happy they were able to get his Switch up & running perfectly after it was soaked from a leaking water bottle in his backpack.
