So pleased with the service and efficiency at Driven! Had an oil leak in my car - emailed Curtis on Monday morning, by Monday afternoon himself and Rob had helped me get a tow truck and my car was set up to fix Tuesday morning. My car was ready to go for pickup by the afternoon on Tuesday, with a shuttle to pick me up from work and take me to Driven to grab it. Customer service is very friendly and quick to respond, service was great and fast, and the shuttle is a huge plus!Definitely retained a client from this experience!

After visiting 7 mechanics prior to this place, my engine light is finally off!!! I am very happy with this place. They were thorough, quick and so very very kind! I highly recommend this place!

I was having a mysterious problem with my vehicle; although the dealership was happy to keep charging me for parts and service, the problem would pop back up again shortly after leaving the dealership. After giving them 3 attempts to solve the issue, I decided to go somewhere else.Unfortunately the next place I went couldn't determine the issue either, but they told me they knew who could, and kindly pointed me to Driven. Driven had the car for an afternoon and quickly identified and fixed the issue at a price that was lower than any of the unsuccessful trips to the dealership.Obviously Driven staff are very competent, but they are very friendly and helpful as well. The shuttle service is greatly appreciated too.If you have a problem that no one else can solve, make Driven your A-Team. Or save yourself some trouble and go straight to Driven.

Curtis and the crew at Driven are always professional, efficient and straightforward. I trust that they will figure out the problem and have a good solution when they call. Most times the repair is done same day and I'm back on the road. I appreciate the excellent communication and that the bill is exactly what was quoted. All around great experience.

Extremely happy with the service I was given, my girlfriends Ford Taurus had her seat stuck all the way back, and her control panel for the climate controls, plus all the lights wouldn't work, I called in to book a diagnostic to see if I could get this fixed and Rob let me know that if I unplug the battery let it sit for 10-15 minutes then plug it back in it might reset the modules. I did exactly what he said to do and it worked, got service without even having to bring my vehicle in. I will definitely be coming back for any of my car problems and would highly recommend them to anyone I know that needs help with their vehicle. Thank you very much.

After spending $3000 plus having a growling noise diagnosed and repaired at Capital GM and another shop, my GMC Envoy was still making the same noise when I picked it up.I found Driven Automotive after reading many reviews on Google and wish I had gone to them first. Turns out the growling sound my SUV started making was because the previous shop I used for service put the wrong oil in my transfer case. It has now cost me $4000 for a new transfer case to fix a problem I should have never had. I have also had Driven replace a front wheel bearing, rotate my tires and change the oil.I trust them 100% and am going back to have some front suspension work done soon.Thanks Driven Automotive, great work, good hourly rate.

I was looking for an sgi accredited mechanic to do my out of province inspection on my vehicle and right away they said it’ll for sure fail and that I should just go sell it back in BC.I found this quite insulting as I stated to him on the phone that I’m quite mechanically inclined. So I decided to go with another establishment to do the inspection and guess what?It passed.So I suggest that your business do away with the condescending attitude and be more welcoming to new clients.I’ll be sure to try and divert anybody I know for using this joke of a business in the future though.
