I just completed the 12 week empowerment program and it was incredible. Casie is such a smart and humble woman who approaches her practices with intentionality and kindness. She gives you tools while giving you grace. She backs up what she is saying with evidence and theories. The 12 week program is designed for a woman to look at so many aspects of her life and how she can take control. How we have the tools within us to create the lives that we want. I am so grateful I joined and highly recommend it to others.
