Contacted on phone, was told to text to set up an appointment and received no reply to two texts. Never even got in to discussing prices, so I cannot speak to that quality of the business.

If you need your knives sharpened, DO NOT go to the guy at the Saturday Market near the Capitol. Just get in touch with Jon, the business owner, who will do your knives right.

I have never had knife’s sharpened before, so I called to get some information (cost, time, etc.) Jon answered all of my questions and then said he was on his way back from Portland and would be happy to swing by my house and sharpen my kitchen knives for me! I texted him my address and he showed up about 30 min later! Very professional, quick service, and great price! I will definitely call him again when I need knives or my schears sharpened!

If I could give no stars I would. After FOUR attempts to make an appointment, calling and texting, finally got an appointment made for 3pm and no one ever showed up. Called at 5pm to see if they were on their way and he said he forgot. Ridiculous. Completely unprofessional, lack of communication. Have no idea how they're still in business. So disappointing.
