I have worked with Tender Lawn care for the past 8 years. They have done the mowing and fertilization for our 78 acre campus including multiple soccer fields. They have also done the plowing and salting of 700 parking spaces and 3/4 mile of driveway. I have never had one issue! They are always prompt and reliable. They do exactly what they say they will and the results are spot on. If I ever had an issue, they handle it immediately. This made it very easy on who to go to when I wanted services at my home. The advise I received on over-seeding has worked amazing. Combining that with their fertilization program, my lawn has never looked better.I highly recommend them for any lawn or snow application, big or small!

After living in my house for 30 years I finally decided to get a lawn care service for fertilizing, pest and weed control. I chose this company because it is a family owned company and I like to see these smaller companies succeed. After just 1 season with Tender Lawn Care my lawn looked better than ever. If was thick and basically weed-free. My neighbors commented on it more than once. I am so happy with the results that I will definitely sign up again next year. We made a switch to Tender Lawn Care for our lawn care needs this year. We have been very pleased with the consistency of quality in their work. The young man who mows our lawn is respectful, considerate, and very hard working. Several neighbors have commented on how great our lawn looks this year - and we agree! Also, the young woman who applied our weed and feed treatment was excellent, taking time to apply treatment to difficult areas. She took her time and did a great job. Very pleased with Tender Lawn Care.

Well!In 2019, I had fertilization done through Tender Lawn Care. I will say my yard didn’t look that good with them doing the fertilization program, it was literally yellow even though i had a sprinkler system following a strict schedule. I wasn’t happy with their service and I ended up canceling my services with them.Fast forward… getting ready for spring of 2023.I called to get an estimate on lawn mowing and getting some front yard work, but apparently Tender Lawn Care refused to offer services to my property saying “we’re not a good fit for you.” That’s absolutely fine, but wow…. What kind of business refuses customer or have such customer service….I just want to say, thank you for showing me what kind of company you guys are. This was an eye opening experience, as I’m grateful I’m not spending my money with you guys!

We reached out to Tender Lawn to bid a landscape project around our back yard and pool area. We have never used Tender Lawn Care for work in the past but loved the way they bid the job with pictures of our yard and how it will look when they complete the work. Every step of the way they were professional, responsive, and took care of a few small issues we asked about after the job was complete. Given the amount of work they did I was shocked that the minor issues, which were more of a mutual mistake of communication between us, was the only thing we needed to address with them. Andy came out and immediately got back to us and they are taking care of the items at no charge. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated working with Tender Lawn Care through what could have been a stressful project. I highly recommend them!

The employees are incredibly kind and responsive, but we had six diseased trees planted by them. When the trees couldn't be saved, six new trees were planted at their expense. Immediately the new trees were also discovered to have dying areas (confirmed by the arborist/tree treatment company that TLC told us to hire at our own expense), but TLC only replaces their products once. We now have to pay to have six, fairly mature trees removed (a second time) and replaced by six new trees purchased elsewhere, which will cost us thousands of dollars. TLC said they will notify their nurseries of the diseased trees, but they will not refund or replace the six, almost-dead trees they planted in our yard a second time (and no other trees in this area of our yard are diseased, affected, or requiring an arborist/tree treatment company).Update 2023: After consultation with an attorney, Tender Lawn Care agreed to refund the cost of the diseased trees and labor as well as other work they have done for us. They have very kind employees, but they were not willing to replace trees that were infected with a virus (2021) and replacement trees infected with both a virus and insect infestation (2022) or offer a refund until legal counsel was obtained. We sincerely appreciate the refund though, and we are now able to hire different landscapers.

From start. to finish, Tender Lawn Care provided excellent customer service. They paid very close attention to every detail and everyone who worked on our project was hardworking and friendly. We are beyond pleased with the service that they provided and highly recommend them. We look forward to working with them again!

We regularly use Tender Lawn Care for routine garden maintenance as well as special projects and they consistently do a phenomenal job! The staff is always friendly and open to feedback to make sure the job is done right. They take care to treat your lawn as they would their own and show a lot of pride in their work. Special thanks to Joel and Broderik for doing a perfect job on our swing set enclosure. It’s beautiful! I highly recommend this company.

Not impressed. The mowing and edging were fine but I was looking for a lawn service that would guide me towards a beautiful looking lawn and paid for that package. Over the course of my service with them my lawn became worse and I was given no solutions on how to fix. I was told to call another company to take care of an issue because they were booked but I was already a customer. When I expressed my dissapointment I wasn't even given an apology or any type of customer service to ensure I was with the right company. In fact no response at all. Over priced and will not be using them again.

I have been a happy and satisfied customer of TLC for almost a decade. I utilize most of their services, including fertilizing, mowing, weeding, leaf clean-up , landscaping, mosquito control, mulching and snow plowing. I even hired them to design and install a beautiful outdoor patio. My yard looks amazing solely because of the hard work and great service I receive from TLC. And I never have to think twice in the winter about getting out of my long driveway. I know that TLC has already been there and plowed.I recommend them to everyone I know. In part because of their amazing service, but also because they are a locally owned company who truly cares about their customers. They listen to me when I have concerns, they work with me on projects and they make sure I have the best lawn in the neighborhood!!! I cannot say enough good things about this amazing, local company. Keep up the good work TLC!
