Spine Stretch Studio
I love this studio. From the first inquiry I made over the phone I knew I found my studio. Irma in reception makes it feel like home, the instructors are all great but Sydney stands out. She is awesome, in person and now over Zoom. Every workout is tough and challenging, and I feel so strong when I am finished. Thanks Spine Stretch Studio. For a girl who never did Pilates before August, I have learned so much and feel so welcome.
