TRUST ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS.....AWFULL EXPERIENCE.Un-professional, disrespectful, late, un-prepared, make me come to his office and don't even have the equipment on hand....said to come back 3 in 3 weeks time --- Never rebooked me .....AVOID AT ALL COST.

It won't let me give it 0 stars. I had the pleasure of paying almost twice the price for a mask, 3 times the cost of a hose and 12 times the cost for filters, (all can be bought from Medigas on Bayview Dr or online). When I tried to return the items, they gave me a hard time, but they finally gave me my money for everything BUT the mask. The guy smirked at me saying it couldn't be returned because it had been opened, of course it was, they opened it. 3 thing went wrong that day, I overheard the receptionist at the Dr's office telling someone about this place, they are open 2 days a week but happened to be open on a Friday and if I hadn’t been so impulsive, I could have saved a lot of money. If you check the 5 star reviews, well most of them must move a lot, all over the USA and Canada, just saying

I wish I could give a zero rating for this cash cow of a business! They clerk people through and overcharge for everything. They shove you out the door so fast so they can prey on their next victim. There is no concern for you, only how much cash they can get out of you. Sure your insurance may reimburse you but businesses models like this need not exist. There are so many better choices in Barrie for your sleep apnea needs.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE USE PRORESP OR THE OTHER PLACE ON BAYVIEW.Went in on Wednesday after this is where I was told to go, we walk in and the place is dirty and dusty, the guy was rude and asked why we were there, told me how much I was going to have to pay and nearly choked, was told how much coverage OHIP gives and he lied, also told me to quit my job and go on disability if I can’t afford it…who does that? This company is sickening and shouldn’t be in buisness. Went to another company and said they have had numerous customers come from there and can’t believe how much they inflate their prices. Absolute scam artists and bullies

Do not shop at this store they're con artists, after being told that a cpap machine would cost me $250 - $300 on the phone when I got there the told me $900 when I challenged him he tells me the other quote was for a cheaper model that they don't carry.GO TO CPAP CLINIC @ 115 BELL FARM RD. They're honest and they don't try to rip you off.

went to pick up my cpap unit found this tiny office had to wait my appt was 11 didn't get in until 1140 everything was rushed to get me out he showed me the unit and how to use it I told him i wanted a different mask and he said i had to take the one in the box . 1500 dollars someone is getting rich off of these cpap units now i have to find a mask i like,

Showed up for appointment and he didn’t know we were coming. He also didn’t have the machine that they said they had when called and booked appointment. Went somewhere else.

My wife purchaed a cpap machine from here . The service she got was terrible I dont think the know whaty ther doing. They alos overcharge for any parts you need . I would not recommand this place to anyone..
