I was referred to this dealer since we know one of the Sales Mangers. Thinking that they will take care of my young daughter on her fist car purchase….right ??We have returned at least 3 times to this dealer and to Honda Ste-Rose to make a repair that obviously was difficult for them. Car worked fine for about 4 months and now once again the alternator has failed another time, it’s the 3rd time this Honda Civic has left my daughter broken down middle of the street !!!Talk about delivering a safe vehicle for a young new driver !!!Forget it….good luck even trying to deal with them.

Sales man Soony was great! After that it all went downhill. Issues were at delivery. Car was supposed to be plated it wasn't . The low washer fluid light was on when I got into the car. They filled it after I pointed it out but if they really did the 200 point inspection this wouldn't have been an issue. Also the oil meter said 30% left which makes me wonder was the oil change done as discussed or is this another oversight on the inspection. Also since they didn't plate the car as it was promised when I bought it I now have to go to the SAAQ and do it myself and I can't because it's been a week now they still won't return my emails and texts about the taxes receipt that I need to give to the SAAQ so I can't even plate it in my name . Then we get to my son's car when we were to pick it up. They had the ownerships in my name instead of my son's. After all of the travelling to get these cars the time travelling and being at the dealership was well over 7.5 hrs and there are still issues and big ones. I need that check to plate the car or my insurance will not cover me. No communication and after sales is horrible. Check everything cause they sure don't! Buyer beware.

I live in one of the prairie provinces and flew to Montreal to purchase my car here. The car was as advertised and what I wanted, and Jade went out of her way to assist me with the slightly more complicated process as I was from out of province. I thought it would have been nice for someone to pick me up at the airport, but I took a taxi and that was fine - they are busy. It would have been nice if someone helped put on my temporary plate, but they did provide me some screws for it that they took off another car. The fuel tank was almost empty: I have purchases from several dealers before and every time was provided a full tank of fuel. Expect to be given papers to sign, someone to ask for a 5-star review, and then get sent on your way.

Still waiting on my $300 deposit back after over a week of promising to have it sent, Ive been leaving messages trying to get in touch with someone regarding getting my deposit back and nobody calls me back regarding that yet I get a call this morning from Cedric trying to book another appointment for me? How about refund me my deposit before anything else. On top of it he said he wouldn't be able to help me and hung up on me instead of transferring me to someone that can. Big scam

I would not recommend this dealership, especially if you are buying from Ontario.I purchased an SUV from this dealership three months ago, and while the initial buying process was relatively smooth and fast, that was unfortunately the only positive aspect of my experience. The real headaches began after I made the purchase. Firstly, they forgot to return my $300 deposit. After numerous attempts to contact them, it took well over two weeks to finally receive my deposit back.Unfortunately, the situation only deteriorated from there. As an Ontario resident, I was entitled to receive a tax refund of over $2,000 for the sale of the vehicle. During my visit to the dealership, they assured me that a refund check would be mailed to me within a few weeks. However, after waiting patiently for three weeks, I received nothing. In my attempts to reach out to them, their phone system proved to be frustrating, as I either got disconnected mid-call or was forced to leave a voicemail. It has now been three months, and I still haven't received any response. Despite my persistence in making regular calls and texting the sales representative, I have been met with complete silence.In summary, if you happen to be from Ontario, I strongly advise against buying a vehicle from this dealership. They demonstrate a lack of consideration and support for customers residing in Ontario.

Well I have to say purchasing a car from Automobile Direct in Laval has been the worst buying experience ever.Literally everything about the experience was bad. You can not call them they do not return calls. You can not email them they do not reply. They pressure you to pickup your car and then when they deliver it to you the check engine light is on. How does a car pass a safety with the check engine light on? Just one week before delivery they told us it was just the low battery… really??? Yet they try to deliver the car with the light on. We put the code reader on and needless to say it has nothing to do with the battery…Brutal!

Hello I am a repeat customer of automobile en direct , this is my 6 or 7 vehicle I purchase of them in about 3 years . I have never had such a horrible experience as I did with the Laval location . Never had issues before with the ile perrot location . It’s been a month and my old vehicle is still not paid off , my new vehicles warranty is not activated with the warranty Comapany . I purchased a car i mentioned the problems before delivery and still they delivered it to me with the same issues and kept my car for a month . At the end I returned my vehicle lost 5000$ on it only after 1 month of actually having it in my possession. I decided to give them another chance and told them to please verify the vehicle before delivery . I was a mechanic for 10 plus years I had mentioned there was an issue with the vehicle starting and the differential . They responded it’s normal that some tires make a grinding noise and that the starting issue was a bad battery in the remote . I took the vehicle to Infiniti and all 6 fuel injectors had to be replaced a finished oil pan and an electric component on the differential . I have had the vehicle for 3 weeks now , waist of time and money that they should be held accountable for . Plus no one is getting back to me about the situation and my old vehicle is still not paid for and they did not activate the warranty on my car yet . Maybe it’s time we all get in contact with Sebastien and let him know what’s going on with his Laval location .

We took an appointment with a sales agent over the phone .The place called us 2 times that day to confirm the time and to ensure that we will be there… we arrived there on time thinking we would have someone waiting for us…They made us wait over an hour to speak to someone…then once we spoke to the sales agent, he offered to evaluate our current car for a potential buyback …. Believe it or not we had to wait for another hour … We got irritated and told the agent that we had to leave as we had another appointment elsewhere. The sales guy promised to message us over text to inform us of the offer us …he never did … anyhow the experience was horrible and never want to go back to this place… they dont respect their appointments and certainly dont value their customers …anyhow never again!

The sales people (especially Alexandru) are patient, helpful and personable. The director and finance people as well. At least 3 others I referred have bought from them as well. They worked to get me the best trade in value and helped me find the car I wanted within my budget!

Here is a comprehensive review for their location on Laval:This dealership has a very nice setup with lots of parking and an extensive number of places for customers to be serviced. As expected, the premises are clean and offer a great view to the inventory lot.Pros: One can walk in without appointment, great inventory, you may look at their whole inventory without anyone pushing you to buy. If they don’t have it don’t worry, they’ll bring it over for you. French or English service. License and Registration service, lots of banks to choose for your financing needs. Dynamic and friendly employees.Cons: Waiting area is kind of small, phone system is difficult at times, No free coffee, bottled water, tea or anything. No purchase perks: key holder, bags, water bottle, etc.In General, my experience was great!. I did not have anyone pushing" me for anything. Which was a good thing for them cause I would it walk out if they even tried. I viewed and drove 3 vehicle that day
