Wouldn't recommend. Very slow responses, not very professional.

Initially working with this company went well. She was upfront about how to file, etc.Upon receiving a refund that was significantly less than what was provided on my return, I inquired about it and agreed to do a reassessment combined with my spouse and paid for this additional service. After waiting 2 weeks for information and sending 3 follow up messages, she replied letting me know she was so busy and distracted with her daughter that she kept forgetting to reply to me and that she couldn't resubmit as discussed because the Gov't had already reassessed my file.I asked about a refund, which initially she said I would be happy to carry that $60 over to next year and offer my services for free." I asked for a refund instead

I paid over $900 to have my business taxes file and now I have been waiting since May to have my paper work return said she was going to send it in the mail .then I find out she didn't send it because It cost $30 and she wanted the money first .so I gave her the $30.00 and am still waiting for it to come and this is August now I asked her for the tracking # and she tells me she didn't get one .who sends out important paper work without a tracking number? All I keep getting is it should be there soon .all my paperwork and WARRANTY for everything I bought was in there and I still havent gotten it back yet .it can't possibly take that long in the mail she obviously didn't send it she should not have a license if she can't do the job she was paid to do . Nobody ever answers the phone and my husband let 5 messages and still no call back .If I haven't received my paperwork back by August 15 I am going to call the police and my lawyer this is totally un acceptable.

Not impressed, Beverly is quite rude. Going elsewhere from now on.

Ive sent money and signed things to bev but going to email her today asking what is going on it will no longer email to it for some reason ....can a owner tell me whats going on ?.... im starting to wonder if my taxs were even filled ...

RUN. I paid to have 3 years of company taxes and book keeping done...... and come to find out they were not done or filed. She lied to me and stole my money by not filing anything. Now I'm fighting CRA and paying dearly for a real bookkeeper/ accountant.******Beverly has now replied to my review, I have been paying $1500/month in back taxes because they had absolutely no records of anything that BNG doing anything. FAIL FAIL FAIL

the review that claims that she lied to the reviewer may seem to lean on the vindictive side I tend to believe, I too had a similar experience with Beverly Gill thief and liar. She will easily accept your money but you had better do most of the work yourself. Not only will you be lucky if she even submits your T1 but cross you fingers that she didn't slip an number on a line to magically get you a unexpected return and look like the magical accountant. Unprofessional loser who probably sleeps all day.

My husband and I used BNG last year and were extremely happy. So when tax season came around this year I contacted BNG right away. My contact is always with Bev she is very professional. She always responds to email right away and is always happy to answer my questions. I would highly recommend BNG and will continue to use the tax services in the future.
