Michael Lederman is absolutely amazing to work with. As first-time buyers, we were full of questions and insecurities. Before finding Michael, we had worked with another real estate agent who seemed uncommitted, was hesitant to answer our questions, and whose answers were often incomplete when he did reply - before literally giving up on us without the courtesy of even letting us know. Everything changed once we started working with Michael. We had little-to-no prior real estate experience, we were rushed, and we could have been influenced easily. Michael could have taken advantage of that, but instead he used those factors to reassure and guide us. We found our family home, within our intended price range, and in time for our kids to be registered at their new schools. We couldn’t have done it without him. Our entire family is beyond grateful.When it came time to make an offer, Michael really shined. We were competing with other buyers, but his communication skills and industry knowledge got our bid accepted, despite the seller receiving higher offers. The seller even made a point of telling us that our agent was amazing and that his savvy was the primary reason our offer was accepted so quickly (literally less than half an hour later – and without cutting any corners or skipping on conditions)! If it wasn’t for Michael, we would have either had to pay a lot more than we did, or would have had to settle for an inferior home.
