The management is extremely courteous here. The prices aren't very high either. What's important to note, they only offer the best products that whatever you pay, you're paying for the quality and adequate service as well.

On a safety Check I requested on a 12 year old Ford Escape I was met with a $2300.00 dollar bill but all the work was explained and the parts replaced were shown to be nearly unserviceable. I appreciated that as the vehicle is my wife's car and she is comfortable with it. I noticed the improved ride and obvious safety enhancement on my drive home. I have experienced a lifetime of dishonesty from garages and in my youth I worked a short time for a new car dealer that was totally dishonest and I quit as the office manager as I could not tolerate such an environment. Armstrong - Macko Automotive Ltd. stands out to me as being honest in an industry where honesty is a rare find. I trust them.

Got me in the next day instead of a week like other places I called. Work was completed quickly and only replaced what was needed. Gave me the price before giving me a ride home while they did the work. Will be returning.

There isn't another mechanic in town that will get my business! These guys are top-notch. Not only are they quick and efficient, but they're also very thorough. I had some issues with my 2016 Chrysler 200, and with one phone call, all my problems were fixed fast, correctly, and affordably! I highly recommend them to anyone in Chatham-Kent!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful service we got from this auto shop back in December. We needed a new car battery with some—desperate urgency—and upon a recommendation from CAA popped into this shop. The shop owner offered instant, speedy, impeccable service.I have trust issues with mechanics and will go out of my way to make sure I get my car to the only person I trust. This was not an option in this case. I was worried popping into a shop having never walked in before. They were so kind, instantly earned my respect, and went out of their way to help total strangers.The only thing that saddens me about this experience is that as non-Chatham residents, this won’t be a shop we can frequent more often for our auto needs. If you’re in Chatham and looking for honest, incredible service from a mechanic, I urge you to give your business to this shop. If I ever need car repair in the Chatham area again, I will be stopping in here for sure.
