In a Town like Alcona, being able to safely charge your phone or use the restroom seems like an essential privilege in a town that that's down much earlier and the establishments doesn't have staff.i won't recarecall

-1 stars. If you got money and time to waste by all means this is the place for you. Half of the machines don't work both washers and dryers. Nothing gets fixed just marked with duct tape. Machines you think work fine leave your clothes soaking wet after washing, the dryers it's either burnt clothes or damp clothes there's no in between. Wasted $40 washing laundry last night and still brought home a bunch of wet laundry because none of the machines would dry the clothes. Very disappointed won't be back.

Many of the washers and driers were not working. The lint traps in the driers are disgusting. I always clean out myLint trap but I’m not putting my hand in there. Also half the driers that are supposedly working, don’t have any heat. It’s a busy place too. If the owners maintained it well it could be a gold mine. Not impressed.

Figuring things out without an attendant the first time was less than desired. does it take (toonies? Don’t think so). Once I figured out. off and running. One dryer would’t restart. Figured out reopened the door of dryer then it started.Loonies and quarters I believe. (Still not overly clear)1 change machine was empty. Should have looked around 1st as I got “bills” out of cash machine only (for a fee) to realize that there was a second change machine that I could have changed out my toonies.Adventures on Tuesday

1 star is too many. Half the time machines don’t work and when they do the washer doesn’t spin properly and clothes come out soaking wet. Dryers are junk after 60 min clothes are still not dry. Spend the money in fuel and go to Barrie. Owner was at the store one day and asked him if the machines were ever going to get fixed his response was “don’t like this laundromat? Guess you can go somewhere else.” It’s been made very clear the owner does not care about his business.

More than Half the washer and dryer don't work they don't keep up at all. And no washrooms in this place it is locked. And I used this place since Nov 2022. Don't use it if you don't have to.

Washer didn't spin clothes. $4.00 wasted. Absentee owner. No attendants. Dryers don't dry. Find another place. Innisfil should ban this guy. Ripoff.

Machines left huge oil like stains on my sheets/pillowcases and the dryer singed multiple blankets and kids fleece pjs.
