When my lease was up I tried to chase down someone to convert to a purchase of my vehicle and was beyond frustrated -- UNTIL -- after some googling I found and alternative number and was put in touch with a service guy by the name of Jamison Hanzal in the lease end dept. Literally if not for him I would have turned in my leased car, rage quit Toyota and driven around in a Honda like an unwashed savage.Toyota. This would be a 1 star review if not for the calm and informative intervention of your guy Jay. The buyout is 11k. That is what he just made you. Give him a cookie or something, ideally clone him or at least study him and hire more of him because my experience with your front-facing minions is concerningly uneven.

I recently had to return a leased vehicle...The dealership contacted me and the customer service rep on the phone told me just to bring the car in to any location. I took it to the Richmond Auto mall, which is a 90 minute round trip from where I live now btw, where I originally leased the vehicle. When I arrived the sales rep asked if I had made an appointment to which I replied no" because I had specifically asked when they phoned me what the procedure was and they told me just to bring it in as I mentioned earlier. I said well here are the key and the registration to which he replied "what am I supposed to do about that." I would have to say that he was a lot more helpful when he thought I was a potential commission. Anyway

I had such a great experience going into Toyota the last few days. Hamid did an amazing job assisting us. He was knowledgeable and considerate about what we wanted and knew exactly how to guide us into finding the right car. His customer service went above and beyond and made us feel more like family than just regular customers. Along with David, his hospitality was great and provided us with such great, service. With both of their help my family was able to buy three perfect cars.

Toyota canada will not police its dealerships.Toyota canada will support illegal and underhanded sales practices by its dealerships.I was sold a lemon infiniti (used) by open road toyota. I trusted the dealership to disclose mechanical issues as required by law.Bought the car.. Took it for its first service at a nissan dealership. Turns out the car is unsafe to drive. Broken suspension.. Possible steering rack failure imminent.. Engine multiple leaks ..bad brakes.. Over 6000$ to fix ..Open road offered to make excuses and call nissan mechanics scam artists.. Inspection at open road toyota showed all the same issues though.... I was there..Open road offered to let me pay for all the repairs. With a 20% discount.. (That would probably be covered by jacked up parts and over charged labour prices.).Toyota canada ...upon hearing this news.. Refused to offer any help. Illegal sales practice? Uhhh no we dont care.. Lemon car? Uhhh no we cant do anything cuz its not a toyota...Total failure on toyota canadas part. They should hold their dealerships to some kind of standards...I would skip all toyota dealerships ..Do not go to any toyota dealerships..

Toyota Corp has no soul...I have leased a toyota product for eight years, and upon the end of my last lease I had to travel to Alberta for my grandmothers funeral and would not be able to close on the exact day of lease end. I called Toyota Finance and advised them of my issue, they said that I had ten days to buyout the lease from the end date.Fast forward nine days and they have tacked on an extra $450 as a late payment fee" which they did not warn me about when I spoke with them.Really great way to reward a long standing customer. They can kiss my business goodby."

WARNING: DO NOT BUY A TOYOTA, YOU’LL REGRET IT.Toyota Canada is just irresponsible and doesn’t care about their customers.To import the car from Canada to the states. The department of transportation in US requires the manufacture to give a certificate of conformity, which Toyota Canada refused to give that.

Bought ECP plan and made a request to cancel the plan within 60 days.Toyota cancelled my plan, but haven’t issued a refund/credit. It has been nearly 70 days, every time I called Toyota, Financial department asked me to call ECP department for the refund. when I called ECP department, they asked my to call financial for the deposit.Ok, Toyota, who’s gonna take care of my refund request?

Toyota Financial Services is one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Want to buy out a lease? Be prepared to wait over 2 hours, with no way to contact a rep directly. Buggy website and reps who aren't given agency to do their jobs.
