Very substandard service. On three occasions now, I have booked tire switch appointments online and when I show up at the dealership, the customer service rep casually mentions (with a very poor attitude), that the tires are not pulled.Most recently, I was told in May 2023 when I showed up at the dealership that my tired were not pulled, and that I would receive a call in a week to bring me in for a tire switch. No call was received. I in fact called back to rebook an appointment for June 2nd. The tire switch appointment took 3 hours almost to complete. I was there in the dealership from 7:15 am to 9.45 am.I will not be working with this dealership again. I am appalled by the level of customer service, the casual attitudes of the representatives who behave like they are doing me a favor, and a clear lack of intent of helping customers. I wish there was an option to give this dealership 0 stars, which I gladly would have.Do better, Ottawa Honda. There's enough competition out there, so please get off your pedestal and work on customer retention rather than expecting your customers to fan your giant size egos.

It was a pleasant purchasing a new car with Aaron and Joseph at Ottawa Honda. Aaron was very patient and professional when walking me through the features and setups of the vehicle, and it truly reduced the stress of the driving a brand new car that I was not yet familiar with for the first time!
