“No price tag, wrong price tag placed, Triple changed, either I take it or I leave it, no apologies. “Today I shopped in Mayrand again, I took a pack of plastic containers which is shown on the price tag 29.69$ for a unit. When I paid at the cashier they charged me triple price.3 of the cashiers standing around me, told me that the price tag shown is wrong, and the right one was missing according to Mayrand ‘s policy and this is totally normal, why should I feel guilty or be apologetic? Very mad, very bad attitude and services.I learned properly from me why Mayrand and Costco are even could not be competitive.

Unique freshness of cheese and meat, no fake membership required, shop bý the unit or bulk; real Quebec offerings equivalent to US giants...

They have some different products which is always nice. Prices are ok, not very cheap. Still, I would have given 4 stars, maybe even 5 because I really like the the environment/ambiance of the store. But there is one thing that REALLY annoys me - They, very often, don't have the items that they advertise on their flyers. This weekend was the 3rd time this happened, to the point that I'm not even sure if I will come back. Feels like a waste of time.

Good store , big size. Few items are comparatively cheaper than outside, but mostly in bulk. Case/ Box price goes down by a dollar to many items. Good for big families or people who likes to store non perishable groceries ( who hold relatively large stocks for 6 months or a year).

Thé cashier was rude and was trying to heat up the argument and was swearing in low voice so that no one can hear expect me and was throwing my items to be very specific she was Asian …..

Entered the store this morning through the mall entrance which was opened a crack. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a rude store clerk (without a hello, excuse me or please) just next time sir go outside and and walk around the mall and enter from the front door". Firstly that shows how Mayrand prioritizes customer experience. Then I respond by telling her I could shop somewhere else and she responded rudely again

Bought today Clamps and very happy cook them to my surprise they stink so bad that I threw them in garbage +10$Not normal for a such a big corporates to sell bad foodNEVER AGAIN INCLUDING MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES

I’m very happy this grocery store opened in my neighbourhood. Excellent quality fruits, vegetables and nuts. The meat department absolutely surpasses the quality of the grocery store chains in the area. In addition their promotional deals are excellent.
