La Salle Towers
This building is really a hidden gem situated in a lovely neighbourhood. I have met one of the owners a few times and he obviously takes pride in upkeep of his property. This is an older building(perhaps from the 50’s) but the spacious units I have been in are full of creature comforts, great a/c, support from doormen and staff is wonderful.

They do not treat their employees fairly. They do not accommodate to the disabilities act with their employees.

Lovely building, well maintained. However there is an outstanding employee who I had the pleasure of meeting during my visit there. Dave Lord asked if he could help me, huge smiles and extremely knowledgeable. You guys are lucky to have him working for you full time.

They have rooms on each floor for guests. However there seems to be an expection of graft with some of the staff. You could end up in a room with no a.c., internet or cable. Once they even removed the refrigerator from the room.

Second hand smoke, dirty halls and common areas, paper-thin walls and floors, showing its age, somewhat overpriced, no emergency lighting for power outtages, great location, friendly staff.
