I know there is some conflicting information out there about whether this is open or not, but just wanted to let everyone know that we crossed from the US into Canada around noon and on Tuesday June 13, 2023. The process went smooth and great. There is also a pit toilet on the US side. Not sure if there is a toilet on the Canadian side. It appeared everything was open going from Canada to US as well.

Honestly, 6/5 stars, could not ask for anything better, so thank you Canada Border Services! You provided the kindest and best border crossing experience I have ever had. This station in rural Montana/Alberta had a very kind officer who did a professional job while staying polite. Every time I come to Canada I am more and more impressed by the composure of the nation.

This boarder is permanently closed and there are no signs letting people know. Make sure to use highway 89 North towards Alberta instead.

Using covid as an excuse for closing the border crossing in 2023 is unbelievable. Be honest with people and put up signs saying it's closed for cost savings.
