I can't recall a better service and after care sale in all the times I've purchased a vehicle. Sarah took my call when I was looking for an FJ Cruiser (which is not easy to find under 100k km) and from the first minute understood what I needed. Transparent, efficient, quick reply and door to door delivery with the goods looking better than I expected. Didn't feel any pressure to buy the car at all times. When I asked about changing the rims to black she got a quote in a day and done all streamlined with the safety and detailing of the car to be delivered in a week. If you're looking to get a vehicle from a place that don't waste your time you should check this place out. Thank you Sarah and the CarOne Kingston crew.

After 15 years I finally decided it was time to buy myself a new car. I spoke with a lot of different dealers and test drove different vehicles and decided to purchase from CarOne in Kingston. Leslie Brown took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and easy. She provided all of the information and options clearly and with no sales pressure. My car was delivered today and I couldn't be happier! Thank you!!

Recently I had to get some warranty work done on my car. The warranty process was handled very capably by Kathy Chacin. From setting up the appointment, to ordering the necessary parts, she kept me informed. Kathy is very friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was done, and my car returned to me in the allotted time. Good experience all around!

Friendly at the beginning.... but after the sale of my Sprinter van when my delivered van 's engine light went on, the day I received it they told me to take it to a reputable Mercedes dealership since I'm in Ottawa. It needed $4200 of repairs, was delivered with a broken antenna and a busted coolant pump that ruined parts around it. There 30 day warranty didn't cover it, the extended warranty they sold me didn't cover it and they only paid $300 for the broken antenna. I had to fork out my own money the first day I got my car. I have sent numerous emails asking them to make it right, calling...crickets on their end. I will remove this review if they made it right, if it's still up they never refunded me what's owed and will be taking further legal action. I would like some communication and my money thanks! Would NOT recommend shopping for a car or getting your car serviced here.

Never would I ever recommend getting a car from them unless you already have one. Or don’t deal with the Belleville office. I’ve never had this much trouble getting a vehicle in my life. Set backs with whatever, no communication or anything. Just wanted me to sign, sign, and then I waited 3 weeks + to get my vehicle. So disappointed with my decision. I’ll never chose this place again.

We had an amazing experience in 2011 when we purchased our first car from car one (with Ryan), and just as amazing experience this time around with Leslie ! We will continue to be repeat customers as long as the quality of vehicles and customer service continues !

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! My family recently purchased a (almost) new car here and they will not help him with safety issues. The car is a lemon, its had a serious issue since 7 days off the lot. The staff appear to want to help (at least made offers to) and then the owner RYAN littlerly took them back and we were told to leave, f-off , and don't come back. They are terrible and don't offer support after you sign thr contract to buy! BUYER BEWARE! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Approached this dealership looking for a Toyota SUV. Sales rep Ben offered a 2018 Rav4 SE, which fit the bill. Purchase was to be in cash. This dealership spent far too much time trying to sell additional warranties and financing. If a customer wants to purchase a vehicle in cash, let them. Recommending a customer finance a vehicle and instead take the extra cash and invest it is not a prudent financial move - it's somewhat absurd. People should not be investing when they have outstanding personal loans unless they are highly skilled in the art of doing so, which I assure you I'm not.However, we were fully satisfied with the vehicle we purchased. CarOne had addressed any outstanding issues prior to pickup, and the detailing job was satisfactory. Overall dealership atmosphere and delivery day presentation certainly set this dealership apart from most and offers some redemption. Ben was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the transaction. I will note that we were charged a $46 fuel charge and there was maybe $10 worth in the tank upon delivery.Would I recommend someone purchase a vehicle here? It depends on the day you ask me.

Sarah is a fantastic advocate for CarOne who also genuinely cares about the clients. She worked hard for the best deal for me and made everything easy. She was able to get me a fantastic trade-in value and had everything ready to go when I got to the dealership. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received throughout and would recommend CarOne and Sarah to everyone.
