I was so impressed by my experience at The Loft! Sadie cut and coloured my hair and I absolutely love it! She was so friendly and professional and asked all the right questions to make my hair exactly how I want it.Best hair cut I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely be back!

Rude and arrogant.I made an appointment but couldn’t go . I did call and told them to reschedule and they did. For my 2 nd appointment I was gonna be 10 minutes late and I called them to let them know. Maria, literally shouted and said don’t bother to come now or call us again. I’m so glad I didn’t get services from them. If they can talk like this on call, I wonder how they’d treat a client in person.

Avoid booking Jack. If you’re a dude.He seems to believe he is the best hair dresser in the province. However he will cut your hair how he wants not what you request. I have been going to the salon for a couple years now however my stylist (Danny who was awesome) left so got recommended jack. Left with the most uneven haircut of my life. And he was so rude when I questioned that it was uneven and ruined my style which I had been growing out for months. Avoid Jack at all cost.

Went in for a trim today and the hair dresser did a great job! My hair looks and feels great, great price and even better conversation. I didn’t actually catch his name but I think maybe it was Jack, if I remember correctly from when I booked. Anyways, thanks for the great work :)

Best hair colouring in Whistler! As soon as you walk in, Maria the receptionist makes you feel SO welcome! I have Sadie as my hair stylist and colourist and she always does the most amazing job!! As well as lots of laughs while you get it done! Won’t go anywhere else - highly recommend!!

Rang at 10.15am to ask for any availability over the next week they got me in for a cancelation at 10.45am!! Super friendly and lovely over the phone, and continued when I arrived in the salon. Greeted by two lovely ladies, one of which cut my hair - Sadie.Sadie is such a talented hairdresser, really blown away with my cut. Was nervous to have anything done as I've not cut in 4 years after a bad experience with another mobile hairdresser. So happy and cannot recommend enough. Fair pricing, I'll be back :)
